  @Simon: That is so true! All this crap goes back to the myth of the "Noble savage". Every sociologist who has ever tried to go into the jungle to prove there was such a thing has either had to falsify his data or face expulsion when his science failed to back up the orthodoxy amongst his left-wing peers.

  If you look at the Incas, their society was hell, living humans being cut open and all. If the Spanish had only destroyed their society, killed their nobles, and taken their gold they should have been hailed as heroes freeing an oppressed people!

  I'd bet if you examine it historically, the Indians there are statues of a lot worse than Columbus in terms of human rights.

  So maybe the SJWs should think about pulling down statues of Indians lol!

  All this "Columbus was a bad person" crap assumes the Indians were nice to begin with. In reality, Native Americans were bloodthirsty savages constantly engaged in civil war and torture, just look at the Mayans or the Incas to get a feeling of how bad it really was.

  It may not be PC, but on average human life improved in North America after Columbus, and if we don't care about skin color thats all that should matter.

  I think part of the reason the radical left are so crazy about painting ancient figures as racist and vile for doing things that were considered the norm back then is to tell their own adherents that they too should expect that at any moment different morals can be dictated and they too will be condemned as vile racists!

  ok, i'm not one for conspiracy theories but lately i've uncovered some interesting facts that i think warrant some attention.. first of all, russell was a freemason.

  all the early watchtower and books he authored have freemason symbology and art throughout them.

  not a big deal i thought, until i read more about freemasons and the so-called "illuminati", a group of 13 families that supposedly control the world.. supposedly these 13 families, such as the duponts, mcdonalds, kennedys, .

  Thus, you can expect a chorus of accusations that you are an "antifa", a member of the "regressive left", and so on.

  Please! Can you stop with the well-poisoning and name calling and have a rational conversation instead!

  In the eyes of the regressive left, any merits of a person will be seen through their marxist ideology. Therefore, all Columbus did was sail in a boat and commit genocide. He did nothing good and all evil, and so the case is EASIER to make his arguments should be torn down than it is for Robert E. Lee.
