Lot's of thing now with org was somethings that no one could imagine 30 years ago. Orgs main preaching ways a Webb side or people sitting around magazine carts. Most of meetings base on videos from headquarter. Almost 2 year's now online meetings. If someone told me me there's sigh outside kingdom halls saying permanently closed. I go to the other extrem telling them, no kingdom hall was sold to Muslim or some other group. And you know what, i probably be right. Cause it has happened several times now.

Some months from now it be 2 years meetings online. Don't think there's a point returning to regular. Most JWs are not gonna be happy returning to KHs (with i don't think they will). If there was a bad vibe in KHs before pandemic, it's gonna be a much worse if they return to regular meetings. They continue online and keep selling kingdom halls. In ways it's been a good move selling headquarters in Manhattan before pandemic. Think they see it as a sign Gods blessing the sell of plans.

In reality, it's not wrong to tell her to do some research abouth what watchtower teaches. I mean she's probably publisher and tell others about her faith. She should know what's she's talking about then. -

I wonder sometimes if they want a lots of people to abandon religion. Maeby to rebrand and get other members that can push forward org with new ideas and money. I mean how can they print something like overlapping generation or have tony Morrison giving speeches. It's not natural for group of people to take such bad decisions. This must be in the plans.

What would happen if the Watchtower decided no more meeting at Kingdom Halls, only Zoom?
by pistolpete ini’m seeing my hard core believing relatives slowly losing faith that the watchtower is the organization that “god” is using to represent him on earth.. just about all the churches in their area have opened up.. but not the watchtower.. this is having an affect on the faith of even the old timers.
now the only ones who are still holding the faith are the female jws and only those past 70 years of age.
even my old male jw relative past 70 are starting to say that it can’t be jehovah’s organization because the other churches are all open and god supposed organization who is supposed to preach the warning message is still closed with no open in sight.

I suppose if they gonna go back to kingdom halls they need to transform the organization. They need too bring in people with money. Get out old JWs and do org more appealing to wealthy people.

Many congregations couldn't pay rent before convid. Kingdom halls sold all over the place. No new ones coming from the territory. The only one left are the elderly that been supporting congregations for decade's. Now they being kicked out. This is like lala land. Just insanity 😂. Most elders are in there little planet. They don't see the big picture with a organizations that's crumbling. They think the only congregation having trouble is there. And it must be cause someone committed an error. It's a freak show i tell you 🤡🤡🤡.

You don't disfellowship elder that's 80 year's old in organization that's not working anymore. Think this is part of they want too go online. All insane elders that are in there own planet and org can not control anymore.

he said that the new testament wasn't written for the great crowd (me).
he said that it only applies to the anointed, and "by extension" the nt applies to the great crowd.

Hopefully new testament is for does going to heaven. And Old testament for does staying in Earth. Old testament life feels more crazy and adventures. Plus poetic and sensual. Much to enjoy and explore. Not rigid like new testament. -

by pistolpete ini keep hearing that the watchtower org is going to be around forever because of the many other religions that have been around a long time.
but i disagree because the wt is not like other religious cults.. the watchtower's breath of life is dependent on the last days that started in 1914. .
you can’t change 1914 without a death blow to the entire organization.. the watchtower's 2nd reason for staying alive, is it's continual urging that the life saving preaching work of warning people is the most important work ever.. but- it's very obvious to many, even the old ones that instead of speeding up the work------the work is slowing down to a drip.. comment by former believer; .

Seems like even Watchtower thinks it's over and they packing down lots of stuff. There Webb page be around and Watchtower studios. Don't know for how long. But KHs and congregations seems to be a thing of the past.
