Strange thing everytime there's a catastrophe or some thing happening in the world, ex jws or inactive ones return to org. Seems this time it's not happening. Shows org has lost power and grip. I'm sorry for all of you that love this org. But it's never coming back. Last best years were back beginning 90 s. The golden year's are over.

Strange heard assembly will be online for 2022. How they gonna go back to normal if KHs being sold and they building a media studio. Think it's just rumors from elder. Plus if world will end in 12 months what's the point of starting with door to door or meetings.😁

thousands of documents proving 607 bce is wrong, yet the gb sticks to the date, why?.

I can understand you want continue the scam if you are a pastor in a church and live in mansions with own private jets. But if you live in a room in bethel. You workt manual jobs in bethel. Most of days are about meetings and reading litteratur. Being around other JWs all day. (I wouldn't have put up a whole day with people from congregation). Yes I believe most GB members at least believe 100% of the basic things taught by org. Like earth not being destroyed. Some going to heaven. Doubt they believe everything they teach. But they do believe in the basic things.

Think deluded. They bought the idea. Spend their whole life in it. Now they know so much is wrong but not much to do. Year's have gone by. What they gonna do if they resign from governing body with out education or pension. Go to congregation for help? How they gonna explain to congregation they left there position cause teachings are wrong. Religion a racket and a SNARE

"cannot rebel within the home without being immediately judged by the congregation’s elders.” -
There's s lot of difference in what is stated in elders manual. And in what elders do. This things are not pointed out on that way in what i read in magazines. But some elders take this to a judicial committee. It's probably one of reason they wanna go online. Remove elders arrangements so watchtower don't get sued.

Do local JWs want in-person meetings back in your congregation?
by JWTom ini realize many here think that in-person meetings will return as soon as things are safe with covid.
but many acknowledge it will likely be 2022 or later when this happens.. surprisingly, many pimi jws in our congregation are not shy about saying they are fine with zoom meetings forever and do not want to go back to in-person meetings.
many speculate similar thoughts that are on this site....such as a combination of in-person and zoom meetings.

The reasonably and wise thing to do, would be realize things ain't working with KHs, and go online. But this people are not known for being wise or using reason. So they gonna come up with some crazy and wacky idea to solve problem. I'm waiting impatiently for what they will do. It's gonna be something like overlapping generation idea that no one could figure out how they manage to get that idea 😌

did any of them ever show compassion and feelings for a disfellowshipped person?.
any elders ever try to be kind to you, not “kind” as watchtower organization dictates, but truly kind and caring for you if you were experiencing difficulties?

Caring means different things in different groups or religions. For many is visiting someone sick and helping buying food or such. It's more in helping practical way. In JW land it's more about if someone has committed a sin and should I talk to him 😁

They turn this org to preaching cooperation 30s. Think many came after and felt there was something really wrong with org. Either they bought the idea, members increase, sigh of blessings. Think biggest reason behind this disaster is GB living in a convent in delusional reality. I pointed out lack of love in congregations back in the 90s. Only answer i got was GB thought things were great, so no need for changes. I was being negative. Well to late to do anything now. Gonna be first on-line religion. That's what you get when you follow humans.

They going online. Having people rush from work, fast dinner and hurry to a KH to watch videos, they could watch at home. That's not gonna work in the long run.
