my dad died
by termite 35 indear everyone, my dad died suddenly and unexpectedly at the weekend.he did'nt turn up for a family dinner and my husband and i went to see if he was ok.he was dead.collapsed in his home.i can't stop shaking and i feel really sick.i've lost my mum and now my dad too.i wish i could sleep for months and wake when the pain has finished with me.
it hurts so much .sorry to bring everyone down-but i'm stressed at having to sort out his arrangements due to the autopsy and funeral etc and the house and my feelings.
; i just wanted to tell you all as my husband's gone for a walk and the children are asleep and i'm feeling scared about viewing his body, but i know i'll have to and i feel guilty for feeling like that.stupid thoughts racing through my mind at the moment-need to 'hear' a friendly voice .

Are we obligated to JW family?

personally i do not have any sense of obligation to jw family that still holds to such dogma.
that means it doesn't matter to me that my mother ignores her grandson; and her great-grandchildren.

They will reap what they sow. My family obligation (to my parents) stopped a long time ago. They chose to shunn me.......well, consequence is that I don't want them in my life anymore. Let's hope that the ever lovin' dubs are there for them when they need them........cause I won't be. I have my own wonderful family to take care of.

I just got off the phone w/the hotel........blocking rooms is not going to work because of difference in people staying different nights. BUT the 2 and 3 night stay rates are the same.....only difference is that those staying for one night would have to pay regular price.
I just booked two ajoining rooms for us MN peeps and "guests".......so, I suggest that if anyone else wants to book a room do it now! She said that if we want to be on the same floor near each other, you can request that you get a room near me (last name Gould).
Unfortunately there are no pool side rooms......but the pool is open 24 hours!
Here is the number to call: 1-800-457-2929 July 19 is the actual apostafest......but for those "daring" many of us are meeting at the hotel on the 18th......
