yet none of us ever had an issue with it, including myself.
since the booklet was published in 1920, we are one year away from 100 years from that time.

Giving fake address to elder
by Addison0998 inso i got married a few weeks ago, living a great life now with my husband, he was definitely the perfect guy for me :) but anyways, we are going to work on slowly fading, going to meetings once a week or every two weeks, and then in a few months move to a hall where nobody knows our families and the elders hardly know each other, and fade out a lot more.
but an elder asked for our address, which we didn’t feel comfortable giving him, because we don’t want any unexpected visits to “shepard” us, when we miss a few meetings, because they already text us when we miss 2 meetings in a row, which we had just gotten back from our honeymoon 🙄 so we “accidentally” gave him the wrong apartment number.
so if they ever come pokin around they will be lost, and if they call or text us we will just have an excuse for not replying.

I always give out wrong numbers ,addresses and emails and occasionally even my name. I have always been this way. Its my number, address, so long and so forth.Its mine to give or hold back.
Yes even to bros and sis, be it for whatever (emergency),I do not give two hoots who it is .

by smiddy3 init is well documented that the jw religion frowns on there members engaging in competitive sports to the extent they discourage school age children in the organization from being a part of competitive sports..gal.5:26. i have commented before on an afl payer in victoria who claims he is a jw who threatened to leave his club and pursue his religious convictions a year or two ago ,of course he didn`t and probably got an increase in his pay/salary.
good on him that`s business,and his business.. i now notice that he is sporting a well kept grown beard another thing that his professed religion frowns upon .i wonder if he still professes to be a jw or if he has left the religion.?.
to my knowledge he was never baptized even though he is in his mid twenties and married to a jw.sister.. jehovah`s witnesses encourage young teens to be baptized and suggest that a jw sister should not look to being yoked with a brother unless he is baptized certainly by the time he is twenty .. if alec rance still professes to be a jehovah`s witness and if he is not baptized while in his mid twenties and sporting a beard, he is not considered a jehovah`s witness by his fellow congregants until he gets baptized and gets rid of his beard.. if the above is correct does his claim to be a jehovah`s witness publicly warrant a disclaimer by the religion he professors because he doesn`t abide by the governing body /faithful & discreet slave class directives of his religion ?.

I really do not need to respond to any comments unless directed or asked of me. I just accept it that these are all peoples opinions and they are opinions ! I have been commenting on some of the other posts here but obviously you are so full of yourself that anyone who does not share his story at the start (more like if you cant make out if he is one of you or not} he/she is out to get you ! Theocratic Warfare ! There are other reasons a person might not be revealing anything or much about himself
