If there is evidence, produce in court. Otherwise, just shut up already.

If the Supreme Court gets into this, which I think will happen

What, exactly, is the Supreme court going to "get into"?

Which case? Specifically? From which state?

Which case has proceeded to actual judgment that can be reviewed by the SC?

They're all getting thrown out of court or withdrawn by Trump's own team - there's not even any judgments to be reviewed.

Not to mention, as I noted, earlier, Trump needs 3+ states to overturn their election results. 3+ states = 3+ SC cases.

It's...not...going...to...happen.

And then there is the real world, where you will get eaten alive before a judge if you can't demonstrate the truth of your accusations.

Exactly.

When the attorneys for Trump are pressed, and the choice is "lie before a judge to appease my client" and "retain my law license", well, option B wins every time.

30+ court cases so far. Maybe a couple dozen invalid votes found. No evidence of even hundreds, let alone thousands, of "fraudulent" ballots.

Let me repeat that for the guys in the back. NO EVIDENCE.

Guys, guys, guys....it's over. If there were evidence of fraud it would have been presented by now.

Poor Rudy....lost in PA.

Team Trump has now lost 25 of 26* court cases.

* The one they "won" resulted in a change of a few dozen votes, not remotely close enough effect a different result.

Which of those 25 (& counting) are they going to "run to the supreme court"?

How would that even work? Trump's team would have to present multiple cases since he'd need to get the SC to somehow reverse at least 37 EC votes - that's a minimum of 3 states.

The Gang That Couldn't Sue Straight keeps getting laughed out of court after court after court after court....yet somehow, they're going to convince the SC to take on 3+ cases, and suddenly, at that very point, develop 3+ sound legal strategies and instantly hire competent lawyers?

Guys...it's over. It's been over for 2 weeks. Biden won. The end. Time to move on.

Sometimes, an image is just so, so, so over the top in its absurdity, it crosses the line to become almost charming.

The image of Jesus' 1st century disciples walking about with "service bags", carrying scrolls from door to door, is one of those. Just so delightfully anachronistic.

Another one is how the Watchtower keeps referring to the apostles Peter, Andrew, etc. having a "fishing business". As if there were so many career options for Galilean peasants in the first century.

"So, Andrew, what do you think? Maybe we should get into middle management? Maybe we could start a small consulting business. I know someone who has started selling mutual funds, but maybe REITs would be a better option. Wait - I've got it! We'll start a commercial fishing enterprise!"

"Peter, that's brilliant! I'll get started on the paperwork to initiate us as an LLC."

Oh, does anyone remember the drama from several years back - one of the last "live action" convention dramas before "video killed the arm-waving star". It was about the 1st century Christians getting ready to flee Jerusalem. One of the scenes was (I $#!+ you not) a "congregation secretary" sitting at a table compiling a "field service report" and remarking about the "increased activity of the congregation" recently. Just so...so...bonkers.

Just the PA lawsuit alone has enough comedic gold material for years.

The PA suit was filed just one week ago.

As of today. 11/16, they are on their 3rd set of lawyers.

3rd! in 7 days!

That 3rd set, Scaringi Law Firm, is apparently going to argue the case today with less than one day's preparation time.

Oh, the attorney who is actually going to argue the case in front of the judge? Here's what he had to say last week:

On his radio show on Nov 7, Scaringi said that "there really are no bombshells that are about to drop that will derail a Biden presidency including these lawsuits" and "the litigation will not work"

And this is the guy who's going to litigate....today.

latest news announcement is that there are two companies that have developed a vaccine for the covid virus which they say they will start being distributing to the public in a matter of weeks.. one comes from a company called moderna (94.5% effective) and the other is from pfizer (90% effective).

if all things go to plan you could see things return to normal once the majority of the general public is vaccinated by easter of next year.. yoo hoo .

50-60% isolate? Where? Concentration camps?

Obese people, the elderly, and diabetics live where other people who are theoretically immune or not gravely affected (in your view) live also.

Spell it out to me like I'm 5 years old....

How do you get 50-60% of the population isolated? Where? Who feeds them? Who does the jobs that they do, that they will have to abandon while they "isolate"? Who pays their rent? Who drives them to the doctor?

It's very easy to say "oh those guys should isolate"...but how does it work in real life?

50-60% of the US population is like 170 million people...how do you get that number "isolated"?

Why so doubtful Funky ?

I am hopeful but also aware that typically vaccine development does not meet with rapid success in the majority of cases.

Typical vaccine development takes on the order of 5-10 years. Obviously there is tremendous incentive to do this one more quickly, but on the other hand, this virus wasn't even known about a year ago, and it most likely isn't done mutating yet.

I hope to [deity of your choice] your optimism is well-founded - but there are still significant hurdles.
