Getting shunned on a forum is easy, just do what I do.
Post to a war topic and then get totaly ignored while the 'you said' 'he/she said' carries on.
Just goes to show what is important, bashing the ones who disagree rather than discussing the topic.

we had a birthday "party" for my daughter at a local restaurant today, with a group of her friends invited.
we are "inactive" but i still attend some meetings.
i do not comment or want any 'privilages'.. anyway, one person whom my daughter invited is a jw, though she has said that she may want to get out soon.

the amnesty, running from 31 march to 30 april, is part of the government's efforts to cut back on soaring gun crime and beat britain's increasing gang culture.
During the last amnesty a friend of mine here in the UK handed in a gun he that bought back from Korea.
He was grilled for FOUR HOURS by the police, where, when, why etc.
He swears he would never do that again if he ever had another gun.

i actually posted some of this in reply to rebel's thread..."for those of us with no opinion".
i feel that everyone should have an opinion and this is mine.
i feel some things i had to address and i can't just sit on my hands quietly anymore.. i think in the long run...no one really likes war, even then so-called "pro-war" people.

i've just seen the al-jazeera footage.
its truly shocking.
there were about 6-7 us soldiers.
Let us all get some posters and banners and march down the Baghdad main street advocating freedom of speech.
