hi peoples.

i have just purchased a new organ (the musical kind mac!

) and i was wondering if anyone knew of any good websites that can give me tutorials in organ playing??.

How did you feel about 'fake' witnesses?

i'm sure you know the ones i mean ... they decided to have a family 'present day' on dec 26th each year so that the kids could announce what presents they got while the rest of us 'zealots' were getting the piss taken out of us.. at the time, i could not understand how or why they did it or got away with it - it seemed obvious to me that thwy were celebrating christmas and we were not supposed to.

but hell, what did i know ... i was only a kid ... not an elder .

now, i kind-a-think "yeah, do what's right for your kids" but also "you're not fooling anyone!

Why bother going to a pretence when they obviously didn't believe in things (they can't really have thought they "got one over on God" did they?)

A little logic here.

Most witneses genuinely believe that god is watching them, so NO WAY can they believe that they have " got one over on god "

The only logical conclusion then, is that they have " got one over on the organisation ", which I see as a good thing, because it shows that witnesses seperate " what god wants " from "what the organisation wants".

This surely, is a sign that the witnesses who do these things realise that, at least in some things, the organisation is not speaking gods will.

In this I see that many have doubts about the organisations validity.

About My Steam Train Pics..

i guess that everone knows that i will post a pic of a steam locomotive if the sightest opportunity presents itself.

sometimes i do it if a thread is getting heated, there's something about a pic of a steam engine that makes people smile, so it does often defuse a situation.. here's a bit of history:.

back in the early 60's, it was decided by the british railways management, that all of it's steam powered units would be replaced by the cheaper, cleaner diesel or electric locos.
