  As has been said, WW2 and the Iraqi war have nothing in common.

  More Canadians died in Holland and the rest of europe than did Americans (although any death was a tragedy) but the Canadian government has stayed out of this fight too.

  Iraq is about oil as has been proved in recent days when the American forces failed to secure the hospitals of Baghdad and all the government buildings from looting and arsen, but DID secure the ministry for OIL and the ministry of the INTERIOR.

  France obviously aren't as white as white in all this, they had large deal with Iraq for oil but that doesn't excuse the US/BRITAIN attack on Iraq.

  They have now secured 30% of the worlds oil supply...coincidence?

  WW2 was a tragedy of immense proportions and the lessons of the past have not been learnt.

  The US promised to help re-build Afganistan. How much money was set aside to help? £0

  I wonder if Iraq will get the same generous donation.

  i was sucked in once, while i was working at my store that i managed years ago a middle aged man in a suit bought an outfit from me.

  I am now a fully paid up member of a cult which I don't want to escape from.

  Its called LFC and instead of a trinity of Gods you have 1 main God and he manages 11 demi-Gods.

  Of these demi-Gods one is especially worshipped and his name in Greek is O'WE~N

  You have big assembly's every week in various stadiums around the country and we have to go inside only after consuming beer and getting intoxicated.

  We then start praying when the priest blows a whistle and we shout our praises to the Gods and hurl abuse at the devils that oppose us (especially the red devils of MAN URE)

  Our prize is victory, but it is a long, narrow road to attain the ultimate prize, which in greek translates to :P'REM'IERS.HIP, and unfortunately we will have to wait another year for salvation.

  I enjoy this cult and would like to recruit you all to come worship at the mecca of football...ANFIELD

  Damn, I forgot it was the memorial tonight!

  That explains the absence of some of our usual posters...or it could be the match thats on television....i'll go for the memorial.

  They are obviously weak apostates and need councelling about their associations, you never know, they may try and influence us all amd make us fall back into the society.

  Dis-fellowship ALL posters that are not online during the memorial just to make sure.

  Hows come I wanna just sit on my ass today and do nothin?

  well my job cancelled today....it's raining and cold, my back is sore, and i'm in a good mood.. heres the problem,.

  my sweet little wife wants to do re-do our floors(old wood under the carpet ), and wants to re-finish them.

  i was all set for the weekend to start......but i've got today off and .....well.....there's no reason i shouldn't start now and get up off my butt.......but remember it's raining, my back is sore, and i'm having fun doing this right now.

  I know how you feel because I too am a lazy bastard. I have made a career of it.

  I only get out of bed when I have to and that isn't very often. I am lying in bed now with the keyboard suspended above the bed so I don't have to strain myself.

  My wife liquify's my food so I don't have to expend any energy on chewing.

  Well I'm a bit split on this game because I HATE both teams, but in the hatred stakes MAN URE comes out on top.

  A draw would suit me. And 10 sendings off too would be nice.

  Or maybe the pitch full of players disappearing down an old mine shaft would be better.

  his name is charlie hooper, and he arrived yesterday weighing in at 7 pounds 13 ounces.

  What happens to old worn out Kingdom Halls?

  seems like there are differnet tier's of kindgom halls.

  the old hall i went too was orginally supposed to be large house, iirc.

  when our congregation outgrew it, it was sold to a company next door that build coffins and caskets.

  One of the Manchester congregations has its hall, and the overseer has his flat, in a converted church, with steeple and stained glass windows.

  Its amazing what reasons you can come up with to use a church when you need a hall isn't it.
