  i asked my mom this recently, and did not get an answer ..... she just said because it's the truth, and became very flustered.. death ???.

  kids falling into drugs ???.

  pregnancy ???.

  My mum was brought up a Catholic and she was really scared of dying, the thought of Hell and child purgatory etc.

  When a nice witness lady knocked on the door and told her that she would never have to die. That was it.

  I asked my mum the other day if she ever thought she would get to 53 and she said no, but she still believes the WT society totally.

  They are trying to break into the British market and I will be one of the first sales people employed, the product I'll be selling is the Backerboard. The products we have in this country aren't a patch on this one and it's good to know they have a good name over there.

  why does it seem that most of those who came out of the borg are so angry at the world ?

  it seems that most have given up faith in god entirely and most are so cold to others especially when others are so in time of need.

  just because we left an evil religion does that give us reason to be so hateful ?

  Personally i've become very cynical (you'd never have guessed would you) and like FunkyDerek said, you question everything and don't take anything at face value.

  This can be quite disturbing sometimes when you used to live your life in a little blanket of 'I'm a witness, i'm right everyone else is wrong' and then you come to the realisation that it is all a lie.

  Thanks ThiChi,

  I know they've got a massive factory in Fontana, California so if I ever get the opportunity to visit we'll have to meet up for a few beers.

  I'll be still working in Britain, but with European travel too, They have offices in Amsterdam (Yippee!), Paris and Stockholm.

  this is a strange one.

  a jumbo jet that had been sitting on a runnway for 14 months, suddenly starts down a runway, takes off and disappears.. nobody knows who took it, or where it is...i didn't know there were scousers in angola!.

  It's not surprising that NORAD couldn't track a Boeing in Angola, they couldn't manage 4 going missing right there in the US, how could we expect them to spot one in Angola!
