  JWs Excited Trump Won

  i am incredibly disturbed.

  many of the jws i'm still friends with on facebook are incredibly excited that trump won the american presidential race, posting, "yay!

  Fossilized foot prints, how do they explain it away?

  so there have been many sets of fossilized human footprints found in africa, italy, europe, britain and new mexico.

  these foot prints are thought to be anywhere from 20,000 to 2 million years old.

  so what do christians and jws do to try to explain these away.

  Being only 31, I was surprised to learn about the 7000 years. My peers and I have gone all this time thinking the creation days are of limitless and unstated length. Now 1975 makes stupid sense (4026 BCE + 6000 = 1975 and there's 1000 years for the millennial reign) and it's a great big ecclesiastical facepalm.

  for those that are receiving messages of doom and gloom from jws, they might like to remind them about obedience to their organization and what they were told in the april, 2016 watchtower which was studied only a few months ago, in august.these are some of the highlights-.

  although the bible teaches that god’s adversary, satan, has authority over political systems, it does not say that he directly controls each leader or official.

  (luke 4:5, 6) we should therefore avoid implying that a particular official is controlled by the devil.
