If you can get a strong enough dopamine release from an idea that offers release from the stress of the world, you can addict millions of people and make billions of dollars doing it.

Awkward exchange with my JW sister in law regarding the circle of life
by TTWSYF inso we were at another family members home for a random celebration when the nature channel showed a killer whale eating a seal and my sister in law was horrified.
we made a joke about the circle of life and i said something along the lines of 'everything that lives must die, the bible says every king must die, so even jesus wasn't immune'.
after that comment there was an awkward silence with our jw family whispering to each other about my comment of dying.. once upon a time i asked my uber elder jw brother if he thought that he would not die and he asked me if i knew when god would start armageddon.

- When I learned what evolution really is.
- When I met my wife for the first time.
- The skeletal look in my father's face as I went with him to his last chemo and drove him home. I knew I had to take care of myself and my mom.
- When I realized I'm pretty damn good at driving a truck.
- When my father passed away.
- When I was taken in the backroom to discuss my relationship with my unbaptized girlfriend.
- When I broke up with her to keep my hope for "privileges" that I never got, and some other sod went in for her.
- When she broke up with him (quite literally to "You Give Love a Bad Name" I must add!), and I was told by her mom to just talk to her as a friend. She needed it.
- When she said yes, because things went from there.
- When I lost my job.
- When we moved and both started working for Witnesses and realized how terrible it was and unhappy we were to work for them.
- When my brother got a miserable miscarriage of justice at the hands of the elders. Is this the kind of system I wish to expose people to if they show interest at the door?
- When I could no longer rationalize about evolution. I accepted it for what it is and began reevaluating all the claims the WTBTS makes about our world from 4026 BCE onward.

Witnesses illusion that they have their OWN conscience!! What a joke! Examples.
by Witness 007 inwitnesses always claim to have a "bible trained conscience" yet they are really just watchtower robots who cant piss without checking with an elder or watchtower.
an elder who cuts hair was scared when i asked for a bald buzz cut since my hair was receding and grey.
he actually rang a bethel elder to see if this was okay watchtower wise!

Evil Apostate, a person who partakes and isn't anointed is compared to a false prophet, and they'll be killed in the GT or Big A. I've personally heard local needs talks to that effect.

There is no holy spirit involved. I was given assembly parts while being awake - how funny.
I dropped out when I realized I valued intellectual honesty more than most things.
Having watched part of the last convention online, is it possible that some of those crazy guys giving parts are also awake? Maybe desperate to believe, regardless?

I really feel bad for the lower level guy who reads this from the outline and knows exactly how much bullshit it is. And he did it anyway.
