Yes, crossroads, those are classic. But they also have more depth to them than the average song.
However, it's not quite the same thing I'm talking about. You can enjoy Imagine all your life, but it's the same song. I'm talking about liking the same type of songs indefinitely.

Thanks for answering. Unfortunately, you don't quite fit the pattern I was looking for. Yes, your tastes didn't change, but that is because you bonded with very sophisticated music already as a child. There is nothing for you to grow out of! It's as if your parents had you on fancy food and wine as a six-year-old and now you continue to love fancy food and wine. :)
I was thinking about those who love the Britney Spears of the world at age 12 and at age 25 are still bopping to such stuff.

If you mean by 'soul' a person, a lifeforce, a consciousness, then I'm with you. If you mean an immortal soul, there is a distinct lack of evidence for this, and thus I do not believe it. However, I'm willing to admit I don't know otherwise, and if I die and my consciousness somehow lives on, I'll accept that as a bonus. But for now, no evidence = no belief.

Very informally. Bethelites go to local congregations, and while there one of the brothers or sisters could go up to them and say, "Here, this is for you." Or maybe friends and family back home will send them money.
Everyone knows that Bethelites don't make much money, so oftentimes local friends will try to make up for it with private gifts. Totally unforced, totally voluntary, usually done quietly. It's a good deal for the Bethelites, but there is nothing overtly wrong with it, other than the general spirit of glorifying Bethelites that can occur in places.

Bethelites are given money by the friends on the outside that they meet. The bigger you are, the more likely you are to get money. Franz was as big as it gets. To pay for that meal, he probably used money he was given.

Did every generation experience the revival of Israel?
Did every generation have several ways to make us extinct?
Did every generation have the original provinces of Rome make moves to become a single entity?
Did every generation have a global economy?
What does that have to do with anything? Whatever occurs in a person's lifetime, something in the Bible gets found to have 'predicted' it.
Besides, Israel was revived in the 1940s, several generations ago. You're too late, even as JWs are too late.
Did you know that the world is in the midst of a huge Christian revival, thus the persecution from other entities has grown?
ROFL! Get your blinders off! Most of the world has barely heard of Christianity. Within the Christian nations, of course, it is growing, but that's because population is growing, combined with the shifting around of religious allegiances fomented by the evangelical movements. But outside the Christian world, it's business as usual and Christ has nothing to do with it.
