Wow this is unbelievable. I must say I find it absolutely fascinating and appalling all at the same time. I feel truly grateful that my eyes have been opened.
my only question on this period of history in Mexico is this... How easy/difficult was it for religious organisations at the time to purchase land from the government to use for their religion?
who do you believe is financially benefiting from watchtower business dealings.
i know about the gold apple watch, but that is only a small percentage of the billions that they have.
so who do you think is keeping all of this money.
What's the story of the Gold Apple Watch? I've not heard that one.
now that i'm looking beyond what the wt teaches i'm struggling to find information on three topics.
the 144,000, the trinity and prayer.. if anyone has 5 minutes could they explain:.
1. what do other religions think the 144,000 are or is?
Londo111 thanks for thinks and the info, I'll start having a read. Thanks so much

Moggy Lover thank you for taking the time to explain the Trinity. It's so complex. I can feel my brain melting trying to understand it. The penny is starting to drop though so thank you.

@Londo111 that's really interesting what you're saying about most of Revelation applying to the first century and it nearly not being included. Do you have any links to information on this ?
Thanks everyone I've found all your thoughts really helpful. It's really hard to get my head around it all.

2. I can find lots of information as to scriptures that show how God and Jesus can be the same. But if Jesus is God, how did he send himself to earth ? And how did he pray to God when on earth ?
3. If God and Jesus are the same do other religions still ask their prayer in Jesus's name or do they just say Amen ?
sorry if these questions seem basic. I never realised before that other religions worship Jesus.
so i thought my purpose was to serve jehovah and get baptised.
where do i go now to get baptised?
is baptism even a requirement for serving god or was that just for the disciples and people of that time.
Thanks everyone I'm taking time to read through your messages and digest them.

Did anyone sit there and think "how can this be. It all has to be true, because if all that I've been taught isn't true then life makes no sense. But none of it is true. The facts are there on paper. It was there all the time but I couldn't see it. ".
I keep thinking well I'll still believe this part. But then if parts aren't true then none of it can be true. Because you take one piece of the jigsaw away and the formula they apply doesn't fit.
How long does it take for the fear of Armageddon to go away. ? What will happen to me when I die?

Millie2010 thank you so much. Your message has really touched me. I'm still trying to process everyone's messages. This whole thing has knocked the energy right out of me. I've been in bed all week completely exhausted. My head spinning with all the information I've read on JWfacts. You much be one strong women. You were far more rooted it all. I love the you decided to fill the hole with a whole. I'm going to really think on that. How I can fill the empty hole and not feel loneliness.
I first need to get my mind to stop spinning. Stop questioning everything. It's too much at once. I can't believe that I believed the literature. Thanks again.
