grandma is concerned about my spirituality, worried i don't use lingo like "faithful slave", "annointed elders", "waiting on jehovah, endure the bafflegabbing, prevaricating lying friends" .

"you speak too much about love, use jesus of nazareth's name too much!

Why does Jesus Christ's name scare JWs to death? Is it the fact that Jesus was motivated by love and charity, not by prestige and men's glory? She spends all her time posting on message boards (that's how she gets her eigthy hours a month).

Grandma has never qouted scriptures, only tracts, books or brochures. How can someone be in the org so many years and be lost with the message of the Gospel? I read Mark 1:1-3 and she freaked out, it bothered her "The Good News about Jesus Christ" not, the good news of the Org! Jesus said "A good person pulls good treasure from their heart", in all my years, never has grandma qouted any scriptures, she did not study for Weds meetings, or bookstudy. Maybe twice a month, she read the "private watchtower", not the Awake or public edition.

She is the perfect example of what is going astray, she's deny's the evil with excuses "wait on Jah" "The brother are imperfect" "keep you faith". "Jehovah has a slave that is providing our the best meals (why don't she read (eat the meals?) the magazines and books than?)...

Grandma is odd but I do love her, it provides more insights into the whole mindset of the organization.

I think Ray is a strong person that has deeply meditated over what he is going to have to endure. No amount of preparation can make you one hundred percent ready or whole, but he has God and Jesus Christ on his side.

What chaffs my hide, is all the love, time, effort, compassion, kindness he gave and displayed to all the sheep, will be tossed out the window. Ray was a elder, he took the phone calls of distressed friends, worked a job and found time to give his whole people who won't ask twice, just nod their head when the annoucement is made.

Ray, Jehovah and Jesus are not unrighteous to forget all the good you gave to your Kingdom Hall, and forgetful friends. It's going to be a hard road to traverse and as a godly man, you will win the race! God Bless You!

What was the biggest lie that you have ever told any JWs while you were still a JW?

i was deleted as ms some years ago, a brother thought i became an elder.

at the circuit assembly, he asked me if i am elder now, i said yes so the brother told me all of the gritty details about his wife and her sister that got disfellowshipped at the same time.

they went out with the worldly guys and they both got pregnant.

"Love is not the number 1 quality of Christians!" This ugly idea is starting to spread and cause unjust misery to kind young brothers and sisters.

I started emailing a dub who gave birth do a "hermaphrodite", the child is nine years old and "the friends" are giving him hell. He allows the child to play with "Pretty Ponies", "Barbie Dolls" watch "i-Carly". The short-sighted brothers and sisters are telling him "You have the ability to quash this, make him play with boy toys."

I wish cult members would shut their mouths about areas beyond their expertise. Parents are trying their best to keep their kids decent and that is not enough for brow beating people.

The friends have a track record of various mental illnesses, broken homes, anger, betrayal and socio-economic disfunctionality, out of touch with humanity, need to shut their ugly mouths and keep their ilk to themselves!

atlantis .... thank you for posting the september 3, 2012 boe letter regarding recommendations for speakers and translators at the district conventions.. i, rub a dub, as a member of jwn in good standing, make a motion that the we [jwn] recommend that the interpreter for american sign language at the next district convention to be the cute little brother from the society's masturbation video.

we give him an "a" in all categories.. if approved, the request will be sent to the circuit overseer.. does anyone wish to second the motion?.

Meeting attendance

Donations are down, meeting attendance varies (fair weather christians) if it's cold, too hot or snows.

Theocratic Ministry school is a Reverse-AA of Christianity, each part is used to provide a message to the Kingdom Hall's young and restless children. Watchtower Study's quickie comments provide angry ancients a forum to voice their grievances, (long hair, facial hair, tardy to meetings, I need help, my yard's lawn is long, sister so-and-so had hemorroid surgrey and needs a meal, brother Lou's girls dresses are too short. Skateboarding is evil, blah, blah, blah!"

Nothing has changed, you could walk in and find nothing is new.

"You speak too much about love, use Jesus of Nazareth's name too much! You speak the way apostates speak!" Grandma is going out of her mind, she never goes out in field service, she thinks everyone approved by the Congregation is good association!

"I am afraid you are leaving Jehovah, your emphasis on Jesus Christ's love, sounds like former apostates I knew as a young woman! We are told to think of Jehovah at meetings, why do you bring Jesus's name up so much? I am worried you are going to be disfellowshiped!"

School started this week, I don't need crazy old women thinking I am evil because I don't fall lightly over external emphasis of the spiritual human. Grandma thinks if you are a aux, reg-pioneer, MS, elder or above, you are approved by Jehovah!

"I am afraid all you talk about is doing good deeds, the love of Jesus Christ, and Charity." You don't mention field service, meetings or assemblies anymore, are you going apostate?"

What the hell is wrong with her, I know it's brainwashing but I am the only JW who is willing to take care of her. All her kids have disfellowshiped her, so I am stuck taking care of her, being looked down on, while she thinks her kids who don't care if she is eating cat food, are the "holy ones"..
