Bro Murikami (spelling?), AZ Circuit 2004ish, very humble man, Bro David Schroeder, humble, but a real company man. D. Allen Phegley, pompous, arrogant, and all about money. Always bragged about his millionaire friends. During pioneer school, I handed him a $20 he snatched it out of my hand and looked up waiting for the next donation like he was a celebrity, excellent speaker though. -

As far as I know there are no official "rules" against social media, but then again I have been out for 6 years now. I have seen plenty of elders on facebook. But like all true ex witnesses know, there are plenty of unwritten rules or activities that are frowned upon, surely this is one of them. I doubt any of the big shots, like CO's, DO's, and Bethelites are on social media and if so, very few...

Did leaving the "Org" ruin scary movies for you?
by jeanniebeanzz inmany 'scary' movies base their 'jumps' on a belief in the supernatural, demons etc.
since i have left that all behind, ther aren't many 'scary' movies that even make me uncomfortable let alone scared.
lol.

I love horror movies, but I do believe in demons still, even after leaving the org. However, I don't feel guilty for watching them like I did while still in!

Random Thought: Was Prince in good standing in the Org?
by HereIgo ini find it hard to believe that the flamboyant grooming, earrings and heels would grant him positive status in the congregation.
it definitely wouldn't fly in my old cong in arizona.
he would been pulled in the b room rather fast.
