I wish the GB did these lame ass videos they do now when I was growing up in the 70s, 80s, 90s. I would have left when I turned 18 like some of my friends and never looked back. I can just see the minds of the teens today watching these babbling idiots and longing to turn 18 so they can’t get the hell out.
That’s what I love about these videos. I think I’ve heard more people wake up from watching the GB kooks than are actually watching them for spirituality. It makes it so obvious they are just a bunch of stupid, sex deprived old men. Babbling kooks is all they are……

The day of my public talk I had a nice rendezvous 2 hours before going up on stage. ;). Good times.
When I was around 20 one of my friends mothers left her husband because he was mentally and physically abusive toward her. Basically my family helped her and her kids move out. Husband got involved. Melee and bruhah insuide.
Elders said my family was bad because we helped a woman that was getting beaten to leave her sorry excuse of a husband. That day Opened my eyes and ears. It was about a year later that I found this site, mainly due to that incident and flabbergasted that the elders stood by a woman beater. F them to hell.
And let me just say this. I was PIMI hard core up until that point. After that I just never came back around. Then ttatt was revealed, and that was that for me.
back in the day, tons of witnesses were brought in the “back room “ to be counseled by elders because of their dress and grooming.
some elders frowned on mustaches or hair that went past a certain point on a male.
women were regularly harassed because their skirt was too long or too short or had a slit on the side.
One of my friends dad's was abusive to him, his brothers, and his mom/wife - physical and verbal/mental. I even witnessed it once. I was maybe 19 at the time...1990s.
She decided to "separate" from him...in JW terms :) . So I helped them move out of their house when he was away on a business trip. He came back in the middle of the move-out, and started getting all agitated and upset and looked like he was going to do something to his kids again. So I jacked that mother F*** in his back HARD. I was pretty swole at the term, so I know I hurt em. He didn't even try to fight me....
I was counseled and removed as an MS for that. Would still do it again. Wife wound up divorcing that sorry POS.
