when i first checked out this board i also thought it was a board for active witnesses.
the more i read, the more i realized that it was pretty much a x-jw board--more to my liking.
i disassociated myself in december of '98.
Carmel, Look in the humor forum. There is a thread titled Waiting visits Carmel.

Welcome, waiting. The blonde chickie's Queen favs are Killer Queen-for obvious reasons, Somebody To Love-for even more obvious reasons and Rhapsody-just because. I hope Red checks out these links, but it's probably another mounting block weekend.

Frenchy, You ask when the Bible began to be the Bible? Here's a click: http://www.greatsite.com/engbibhis/index.html This provides some dates and a brief history. If other books should be added is anybodys guess. I went to dogpile.com and typed in the Gospel of Thomas and hit search. There were many essays, commentaries, excerpts and opinions of this and the other books. It seems a few of these Thomas gospels were written by sects with their own agendas. One sect in particular believed that Jesus was actually God in disguise. Other accounts portrayed Jesus as a juvenile deliquent, a bully and a show off-performing miracles for his own amusement. Not at all humble and very unrecognizable to me. My readings have taken me back to square one.

but you can only choose from:.
timothy dalton.
sean connery.
Without a doubt my choice is that eternal hottie Sean Connery. Most high school plays have bigger budgets than the early Bond movies had.
Odd Job was my favorite character-great hat.
i thought i'd share waiting's vacation pictures of her visit to carmel's.
following a tiresome flight he was there to pick her up at the airport.
they stopped by his place of business to change cabs.

They went sight-seeing and were just in time to participate in the world's largest hide-and-seek contest.
The rest of her stay was spent hanging out at his house. He tried to convince her to play frisbee in the backyard but she said, "No way!"
