Our witnesswagon or dronemobile when I was at home was a Ford Country Squire. Not cool. That hearse could fly though. Fast forward- no more driving Miss Daisy.

Jes, I'm looking online right now for one of those ATARI controllers your boyfriend is talking about. I was in elementary school too when I was playing those games. I had to fight my brother for game time! I still have the console and one controller held together with duck tape. LOL

Bush to Divert Funds to Church Groups
by pettygrudger indon't care how you are slanted "politically" - this should be of great concern to all americans:bush plans to let religious groups get building aid.
by eric lichtblau.
ashington, jan. 22 the bush administration plans to allow religious groups for the first time to use federal housing money to help build centers where religious worship is held, as long as part of the building is also used for social services.

I see every reason to exclude religious organizations from funding if they intend to discriminate in their hiring practices.

Rx My First Hate Mail today. I think I upset sum1
by xjw_b12 ini received an angry email this afternoon, from someone who took exception to my / our stand on leaving the org, and suggested the current publicity re the child abuse, was overblown and exaggerated.. this person could only have taken my email address from this board.. i have a couple of questions for the more seasoned posters here.. 1. has anyone else rx a letter from a j.a.
on a verizon mail service discussing what i mentioned above?
i am trying to determine whether ja was spamming, or am i the only lucky one?.

Hey b12,
Congrats, you're a doing a fine job of driving your point home or you wouldn't have gotten the letter in the first place. My e-mail is locked now but I never responded to their hateful drivel. They really get off on having it discussed on the board too. As long as the correspondence was only annoying and in no way threatening I'd save it and block their addy.

:This is simply a case of the media reporting what it doesn't understand.
I agree. I attended a funeral service at a Catholic church and was very nervous about it(first time in a Catholic church). It was beautiful. After their mass the priest led everyone to the chapel and the family had a chance to do their eulogy. There was music too. The priest was very respectful of the family's need to do this. It was a child's funeral. I was really moved. The priest hugged the mother and father and showed a lot of compassion for what they were going through. It really took me by surprise.
