  i know that most of you do not believe that the annointed remnant among jehovah's witnesses is the faithful & discreet slave.. so who is?

  jesus did say that this slave (individual or class?

  ) would be feeding his sheep, so who is doing the job?

  I'll try to answer some of those questions. In the first century, all christians were anointed, from then to Russells time, there must have been some anointed doing Jehovahs will.

  How does your insults toward me help you and I find the truth?

  I have many doubts about Witnesses, but I'm still interested in doing God's Will and gaining his favor.

  Well, Jesus did mention it. I understand what you are saying and I am not saying that the annointed are the class that make up the faithful & discreet slave. I want to know if anyone is doing the job that Jesus described.

  It's not a baited question. It's a sincere question so I can understand what is Jehovah's will. I know what Witnesses teach, if it is not right, I want to know the right answer.

  My wife's anxiety, guilt

  my wife has been depressed each time we see our jw friends.

  she doesn't want to see them anymore, because it reminds her of what she left behind, and it makes her feel bad.. i've offered to go back to meetings for a while to help her break away.

  she never wants to go back, but her guilt and anger make her so uncomfortable around active jw's.....it's really bothering her.. any good books out there on breaking away from controlling organizations, especially concentrating on keeping the friendships but not the allegiance to the organization in question?

  I was not poking fun or making light of the situation, but stating my personal opinion on the problems his wife is facing.

  You should try to control your anger, you're going to have a heart attack someday. Peace to you.
