  in one of the threads i read today, they were talking about looking into your eyeballs to diagnose cancer and the like.

  also selling herbs.. my comment and question is this: it seemed like in my congregation and the surrounding ones, alot of the sisters were into kineseology, reflexology, herbs, vitamins, color therapy, aroma therapy, etc.. alot of touchy feely hippie crap.

  while i personally agree that there needs to be more synergy with eastern and western medicines, it would appear reading the boards that alot of witnesses are into this sort of stuff.. is this your experience?

  Blood, The Watchtower and Deceit

  while much attention is given to doctrine in sites such as this, very little is noted about the watchtower societys intellectual dishonesty in its publications, especially when it comes to quotations.. oftentimes the societys writers will cite a scholar or author of some repute: "professor blank observes that blah, blah, blah.

  " the reader assumes from the quotation that professor blank is in agreement with the organizations position, of course, and that the quotation chosen accurately depicts the authors thoughts.. heres the catch: the words between the quotation marks may be accurate, but the snippet may not at all faithfully represent someones actual thesis or position.

  much like a newspaper ad for a movie that quotes a reviewer as saying "monumental!

  Image and money are everything

  the example of silentlamb's experiences and the discussion about the watchtower's business practices show that for the society image and money are more important than the welfare of people.. in silentlamb's case, they really do not know what to do with him.

  they cannot df him since that would be a pr nightmare.

  but they can instruct the congregation to mark him and treat him badly as they have done.

  I attended the meeting tonight.....

  this spiritual paradise is showing a few cracks.

  when i arrived about ten minutes before the meeting started, i felt like a ghost.

  BWAHHHHHHHHHHHROFLOL...you are so on target! Not that you need my pointing that out to you though. I got quite the intoxicating feeling of adrenaline when I read your post. Why of course the world WILL now know where the WTBTS is indeed getting their "FUNDS". HAHAHAHAHAHAHA, but 100 attorneys?? Whoa! Well, I got mine secured, so no worries there. He once got me a settlement from a case no other lawyer would touch. It was long and tedious, yet rewarding.

  Tom, please keep those pages coming so as I can get them pasted up. As I've relayed toyou before, they are a real crowd pleaser in rooms that allow me to paste actual, entire text pages on the net. And since bring the inKredible piece of WTS machinery known as "CHARITABLE PLANNING/ CONDITIONAL DONATION ARRANGEMENT" to "new light" on yahoo and about.com rooms, this has become a hot topic and people want more info and more answers.

  Now Tom, would you or Kent or anyone who has actually received the "CDA" packet in the mail, please put up the THREE ENCLOSED DOCUMENTS that accompanies the booket "CHARITABLE PLANNING"? I do not at this time have the means of scanning them for all to view. Yet, I think it's vital they are "attached" with the booklet on the internet. The "SAMPLE COPY" of the "CDA" is really an inKredible piece of KRAP! I cannot believe anyone would or could not read straight between the lines of what the SOCIETY is "TRULY" Konspiring to do with ALL OF THOSE "FUNDS".

  Hello Mike,

  And I will post your URL in ALL "jw related" yahoo messenger voice/text chatrooms. And a few other rooms I frequent for that very reason; arming the reader with vital sites and locations they need and may want to "witness".

  I think this is a great idea for the men...for them to have an exclusive place to express themselves. Perhaps setting a voice mens room on yahoo too, could prove beneficial as well. Kudos to you!!
