  UC Berkeley Study on Disaffiliation from JW

  i'm a uc berkeley student researching the effects of disaffiliation from the jehovah's witnesses.

  i'm not ex-jw but i am ex-mormon and as your cousin i can sympathize with the struggles we face when we question/leave the religion.. i currently have a survey open which closes on sunday the 20th at 11pm.. if you meet the criteria i encourage you to take the 20-30 minute survey.

  -be at least 18 years old-born/raised jw (born in or family converted when you were minor)-"left" at least 6 months ago (left=inactive and questioning/non-believing).

  Great questionnaire, very well done, I did it myself was very well structured. I want to ask is the questions different amongst sexes. Since women don’t have high ranking profiles in the cult does the questionnaire adapt to it. Welcome to the forums by the way. I’m from the bay so go UC Berkeley

  So I've been offline for a while wanting to lay low. But I'm doing very well outside the JW sect. Lots of changes I've done in my personal life, from economical, social, maturity growth. I really appreciate these forums, I skim through here and there. I wish every ex jw and those coming out or stuck to keep pushing. It does get better. I still luckily talk with fam since I was never baptized and only made it to publisher. Just wanted to express my emotions. You guys are the real MPVs.

  Hey everyone. I'm tryna find a creative outlet. I have singing capacity in the realm of The Weeknd, Black Atlass, Jose Jose, Enrique Iglesias, Emmanuel, and a few other artists. I just suck at writing direction. I'm really tryna push myself out there. What would you guys recommend I do. I'm thinking of probably creating a YouTube channel where I can put my Acapella or edit my voice on top of instrumentals. I'm genuinely a shy person but I have zealous creative potential.
