Truth you haven't answered my question . You obviously aren't going to engage with people , just criticise .
I'm not asking you to believe something just because l say it . Although that is the WT way . I'm asking if you have done any independent research or just believed the WT without testing what they say .

Hi , lm a life long Anglican, so part of what you seem to hate .
Where do you get your info about Christendom ? From the WT ? Do you simply believe everything that the WT tells you or have you looked into stuff for yourself? If you are a good JW then you won't have done that, because it's not allowed is it . So you're in a catch 22 situation . " Believe what we say , because we say it , and don't check it out because we don't allow it "

i realize many here think that in-person meetings will return as soon as things are safe with covid.
but many acknowledge it will likely be 2022 or later when this happens.. surprisingly, many pimi jws in our congregation are not shy about saying they are fine with zoom meetings forever and do not want to go back to in-person meetings.
many speculate similar thoughts that are on this site....such as a combination of in-person and zoom meetings.
Vidiot , that's a really good question to which l do not have an answer. I have never attended a Kingdom Hall so l can't make a comparison .
I do find it interesting , though , that it does appear that many JWs aren't pushing each other out of the way to get back in . The reluctance to attend meetings does say something about KHs or at least what goes on in them . As you imply they aren't happy places , but then the whole JW experience seems to be aimed at making people miserable.

So today my local church held its first ' proper ' service for over a year . Numbers had to be limited due to Covid regulations, social distancing etc . The church building isn't massive. It's Amington Parish church if anyone wants to Google it .
However all available seats were taken and it was great to actually meet in person .
So there is no reason , at least here in the UK, for JWs to not be able to start meetings again . It will be interesting to see what happens.

Well that's answered my question. Thanks guys .
Seven years ago my husband passed away after 42 years of marriage ( l really was a child bride ) . After three years l decided that l didn't like this being on my own thing so l joined an online dating agency .
What an experience that was. The good, the bad and the perverted. Some very odd profiles and even odder photos .
Then a chap called Len caught my eye and l winked at him ( saucy madam) . He thought that l looked ok ish so we started chatting online . We just talked for a long time before meeting. I think that because we are both a bit more mature we felt that slow and steady was best .
Three and a half years later we are planning our wedding . He's my toyboy as he's a few years younger. An accountant who works for himself he is a widower and has 2 stepsons.
You did ask 😂 .

Here in the UK many churches have been having Zoom services or Bible studies. Unlike with the WT this hasn't been compulsory but lots of churches have used technology to keep in touch .
However l know that the members of my church , by which l mean my local church , can't wait to be able to meet in person again. .
