Where does it say in the Bible that wilful disregard of the Passover was punishable by death?

hi everyone i’m not pimi or pimo i’m pima.. i don’t think the gb have everything right but i’m sitting on the fence that maybe they do some things.. if the great trib starts i will jump that side of the fence.. this is a definite little sneaky advantage dodging but even by their own doctrine last min some could come in.. i suspect many are like me.. i spent years in bethel and am very disappointed and disillusioned by it all.. but at the end of the day i love the bible and think it is the word of god and i don’t see any other religion that comes as close to what jesus describes his true followers or who are fulfilling mat 24:14..
Hi ExBethelite , you believe that no other Christian group is fulfilling Mat 24:14 like the JWs are .
May l ask why you think this? Does what you " know " about other denominations come from the Org ? I am surprised and dismayed equally by what JWs think they know about other Christians.
Also even if the WT does preach it's teachings to the ends of the earth does it count if those teachings are false ?
Armageddon didn't come in 1975 or on any of the other dates predicted by them . Does that make them the false prophets predicted in the Bible?
Please do your own independent research about everything that the WT has told you , not just rely on their publications.

dear friends,.
i think you all know me as a person who has always strived, despite my imperfections to only ever wanting to be and remain in the “truth”.
it is in fact what i so desperately want for my son ashton and my baby girl honey bee, to be lovers of truth and grow up to be a loyal servants of jehovah god and his son, jesus christ.
Like Joey l don't agree with everything that you say about vaccines but l do agree with a lot of the other stuff you said .
Salvation comes through Jesus not an organisation. Not one of the Bible writers say any different. I commented on this on a different thread. This teaching seems to solely be in existence to make people dependent on JWOrg and scared to leave . Brain washing at it's best ( or worst ) .
I am curious as to your thoughts ( their teachings) about churches in Christendom. I can only speak with certainty about the Church of England, of which l am a member. However l believe that certainly most British churches are the same .
No one is forced to give what they cannot afford, in fact no one is FORCED to give anything. That is why so many churches have jumble sales etc to raise money.
I am in charge of my Parish church's fund raising committee. Last week we held a Beetle Drive , l know not exactly rock and roll , people can come as they choose and it's nice when non church goers come with them . So yes these events also help us to connect with the wider population, we're not daft , but no preaching , no pressure, just fun .
So the Org's teaching which seems to be that churches of Christendom force people to give is very false. It seems to me to be the other way round , the Org appears to put emotional pressure on people to give . As well as encouraging people to give up jobs to " volunteer " so saving them money .
There is more that l will comment on but l have bored you all enough for now.

my first post will be hidden in the far more important news about am3.
incredible!
who knows what the ramifications will be.. as a pimo who still believes in the bible and christ, i wanted to share the following fun fact about the latest study publications.
As an outsider looking in and from reading posts on this site it seems to me that the WT does preach eternal life is gained through them rather than through Jesus .
The whole emphasis is to make people solely dependent on them for spiritual food . If salvation comes through Christ then believers could go to any faith group that preaches Jesus as Saviour.

i am a pimo, inactive, parent of an underage child.
i was wondering what rights i have in regards to avoid that my child will be baptized when still underage, not having read the entire bible and before being able to clearly evaluate all the alternatives and consequences (like it happened to me) whereas the other pimi parent has all the rights to do it.
any experiences about children in a pimi vs pimo parents situation?
May l ask is your spouse pimi ? Is that why you are in this quandary?

study article 19. how can we strengthen our faith in jehovah’s promise of a new world?.
17 many servants of jehovah have applied jehovah’s counsel to “keep in expectation”—even for decades.
louise, for example, began serving jehovah in 1939. she says: “at that time, i thought armageddon would come before i finished high school.
Beth I'm not sure if we're at cross purpoises here .
My point was that the uncertainty doesn't keep us focused on a group but on God .
I may be misunderstanding your comment.

unintended consequences of isolationhowdy and good morning boss!.
please excuse my flamboyant greeting.
i’m only following orders.
Terry you would be perfectly correct in your assumption.

i mean, the jws have many faults, as each of us have.. do you know any other group that does?.
Reason , l agree that there always have been and always will be bad behaviour in churches to one degree or another. I don't believe that this makes one group less " religious " than another.
It's human nature, Christians are growing in spiritual maturity , or should be , all the time . The Bible refers to baby Christians and those who are more mature in the faith.
In regards to Henry and Elizabeth l believe that their actions were much more political in nature than religious.
Ambitious people have often used religion as a " beard " for their self serving actions .
Not unlike what is happening in America now .

I think that Bible teaching about money boils down to " the LOVE of money is the root of all evil " etc . It's about our attitudes to money . I don't believe that we have to bankrupt ourselves or give up careers but not worship money . Always be good stewards and be willing to help those less fortunate. Not be willing to do anything to get money , like cheat others .
The rich young man was used as an example of this . He clearly had an emotional attachment to his wealth that came before his love of God .
That seems to me to be the point . Nothing wrong with having money as long as it's gained ethically and isn't more important to us than our relationship with God . Jesus and the disciples were bankrolled in part by rich people .
Yes the Bible does give the impression sometimes that Armageddon is just around the corner. However it states categorically that NO ONE, except the Father, knows the date .
My feeling is that the uncertainty is to keep our minds focused on God , not necessarily the church, so that we keep going forward in our faith.
Again l see a clubbing together of the Watchtower and other? Christian groups in regards to how members are treated. I can only speak with authority about the Church of England but our lives are not micro managed by any person.
My thoughts for what they are worth
