Define "hard"? Difficult to decide, or hard consequences to undo?
Usually think of all the pros and cons, weight them, try to put a number to things so you are not letting less significant issues cloud the decision.

Anyone have this happen?
by mickbobcat inmy wife and i went to a restaurant we go to a few times a year.
we waited for a bit but not horrible to get our drinks and food.
the place was busy but not people waiting in line for a mile to get in busy.

I'm always amazed when servers mess up when it comes to settling the bill, leaving you sat at the table waiting way too long, especially if the service has been good apart from that. It's the last bit of the experience before you pay and tip.
We went to Earls recently and you could pay for your meal via the unique table QR code and online app, it was WAY better (but still had a personal touch as the server came over and thanked us after we had). The future is probably going to be ordering via those as well, and someone will just bring the food to your table (eventually a robot, because of staffing issues).
I've only ever walked out after we'd waited an hour and 45 minutes, with young hungry children, and the "you're order is just being finished" we'd been told for the last 45 minutes changed to "they will be starting your order real soon"

These bible-spewing types are all the same - their "reasoning" is that they simply need to repeat random bible verses enough time, as though they have some deep meaning.
It's simply gibberish - the religious equivalent of shouting "Beetlejuice Beetlejuice Beetlejuice" and thinking something will happen.
The number of gibberish posts you make suggest some kind of mental illness, more than the usual "I believe in the invisible man in the sky" level of stupid.

Fawlty Towers (1975) & (1979) - still laugh-out-loud funny after all these years
by LoveUniHateExams inso, i went and bought series one and series two on second hand dvd for one pound each.. i first saw series one of fawlty towers when i was about 11, then i saw series two a year later.. it's a little dated now, but that doesn't really matter because it's still making people laugh.
that's all comedy is.. there is one episode - the kipper and the corpse - which i think is a bit rough around the edges, it's not as polished as some of the other episodes.
but it still has some great lines in it, e.g.. the two old ladies: you're in a good mood today, mr fawlty.. basil: yes, well one of the guests has just died.

US Government Insurrection Attempt
by Simon inso now we know the russian dossier was a fraud, the whole "russian collusion" was a hoax, and we know it was funded by the clintons and promoted by the dem's media allies.. given that this was the basis for an actual attempt to remove the elected president of the united states, this was an attempted insurrection.. clinton is guilty and should face charges.. given that they did this, does anyone still believe that they wouldn't commit some lesser, election fraud, crimes?.

Weaponizing the impeachment process by the Democrats to me remains one of the most shameful things I have seen in my country's history of politics because it poisons our standards of democracy and fair play by abusing a sacred constitutional privilege.
The Clintons have been an absolute cancer to America. The host needs some political radiation treatment.
Also, all the people who cheered this on fell for THE biggest conspiracy theory of the decade. A complete invention. Clearly bogus. But the suckers fell for it hard.
Will they learn? Nope - they're already being too suckered again.

Yeah, either relatives have to bail them out or the taxpayers do.
