I'd buy it if you got it published
Hey, people who buy the $150 special-schmuck edition "might" get a mention, LOL
hey everyone, i'm writing a new book.. it's the entirely fictional story about a character called "roy devons", an obese clown who was kicked out of clown college because he couldn't stop touching himself.
he launches his own youtube channel where he tells the world how wrong and unfunny clowns really are.
the world already knows this, and never really had much todo with clowns anyway, although some other ex-clowns felt like they needed to be reminded regularly of their past lives.. he hits upon the idea of asking for donations to support efforts to convince ex-clowns to get their prostates checked.

a recurring theme in this loyd deal is the we're all imperfect-----------excuse!.
the "we're all imperfect" phrase, is an over used watchtower membership cliche, embedded in the minds of jws and anyone that leaves.
in the real world, there is no such thing as "we are all imperfect".
But also... maybe the guy who's family life is in shambles due to his lack of self-control is the wrong guy to be editorializing on the moral failings of a religious group.
If anything, he becomes a walking advertisement for how some people need stricter moral guidance that a religion may provide.
Without it, they have no real sense of right or wrong, or how to behave.

Hey everyone, I'm writing a new book.
It's the entirely fictional story about a character called "Roy Devons", an obese clown who was kicked out of clown college because he couldn't stop touching himself. He launches his own YouTube channel where he tells the world how wrong and unfunny clowns really are. The world already knows this, and never really had much todo with clowns anyway, although some other ex-clowns felt like they needed to be reminded regularly of their past lives.
He hits upon the idea of asking for donations to support efforts to convince ex-clowns to get their prostates checked. A worthy cause that no one could object to, and members of the Ex-Clown Assholes reddit group voice their support.
But instead of helping anyone, he goes on a luxury vacation where he meets some young prostitutes, and decides to spend the money on them instead. Not to help any of them escape their misery, but to help himself. Finally, he isn't just some sad, fat, ex-clown touching himself. Now he's a sad, fat, ex-clown paying hookers to touch him instead. It makes him feel happy.
Upon his return he discovers that word of his touchy-touchy has gotten out, and some ex-clowns now think he's disgusting, while others, mostly the Assholes group, think he's heroic. He gives a speech about how his life was once one of misery, how he was altered forever by someone finding him touching himself while wearing official clown garments, and how he now finally feels free. Also, that he's keeping the rest of the money.
Clown media lights up over the revelations and there is much debate.
A few years later he dies alone from AIDS caught off a cheap Thai hooker.
The end.

3. If you were kicked out, you didn't make any choice - it was made for you. If you later realized that may have been a blessing, then rejoice - they did you a favor after all.
Whatever the reason, go live your life. Your life likely wasn't that bad, especially if you still want to spend it talking about the same things.

My mom was told numerous time to leave him, since he was so abusive towards her. Family and friends would offer to let us live with them until she got back on her feet. She always refused because she was always afraid of him.
Yeah, anyone who is so controlling that they attack other people's wives simply because they liked some video that they disagree with is controlling, and if they try to be that controlling and bulling with other people then god-knows what they are doing to their wife at home.
I doubt he's a loving, respectful man in private given what he's like to other people in public.
I don't know why women in situations like that don't leave, life is never going to be great if you have a loser in it and you have to think about what is best for the children.

It's not a defence, it's an excuse, and an utterly lame one.
If the best you can do is say "but ... but ... but I didn't kill anyone" then you really did fail.
And if you contributed to a trafficked girls life of hell, maybe you did worse than kill her.
Most people haven't done wrongs anywhere remotely like he has, so his attempts to claim "we're all the same" and that anyone that condemns him is pretending to be a saint is just more bullshit from the master bullshitter.

"the lunacy of his tirades speaks for itself"

Pure comedy gold. LOL

if some one sends him $150 he "might" put their name in the new book's acknowledgments. At the time I didn't think much of it, now I realize that screams "unprofessional amateur."
Not only is it amateurish but all you get is a "might"? You don't even get any guarantee for your money? Probably because he'd happily take enough contributions that it would require the whole book just be mentions if he could.
Most especially don't try to make it a paying job. First of all, I don't think there's enough money in it. I also think it raises too many conflicts of interest.
I forget where, but I once read something about a trap for activists being where they easily become dependent on the thing they are supposedly against. Do they then genuinely want to see its demise, given that they rely on its existence for their own and for funds to flow to them? So they end up in a kind of symbiotic / parasitic relationship instead.
A lot of government agencies end up like this, never solving the very problems they are supposedly created to solve, often contributing to them instead.
The other easy trap to fall into is not having enough material, or anything new to report on. At that point it's tempting to make things up, and invent things so you can put out content, again, to keep the money coming in. He's already done this, and it only takes a few unjustified claims and allegations to really undermine and weaken other potential charges you make against something.
