i would hope that most of you would agree that a major reward for jehovah's witnesses comes from positive experiences.

and who could blame them since they have such a negative message with 99.9% rejection.

As far as I am aware, Dijana’s brother didn’t commit suicide, he died. My impression was that he had died in a car crash, but I actually don’t know.

I was trying to illustrate that dijana has experienced the loss of a loved one and knows that pain and is therefore vulnerable when someone threatens suicide. I apologise for any confusion

No worries, the significant part is that she lost someone close suddenly and unexpectedly. No one wants to go through that again so using it as any kind of coercive threat is low.

I am not a doctor, but I don't think Lloyd is suicidal in the slightest. I don't think he's bothered at all by how he hurts other people, if he did he wouldn't do it so frequently. I think he uses the "mental illness" card as a punchline to escape criticism and take the heat off himself.

A sociopathic narcissist doesn't seem like the type who would be wracked with guilt to ever "off" themselves. He seems as far away from having empathy for another person as I can imagine.

Nobody forced him and he said he put it out there as a full disclosure. Sounds to me that he put it in to soften the blow of a current/future sex scandal.

I'm pretty sure I remember him saying something to that effect, that he has to do it to take the wind out of some potential blackmail. Which means there is potentially something worse about him than anything in his book, which fits with the JC meeting where he was hiding something from the whole story (why he turned the camera off / didn't record it).

Anytime he admits or confesses something I am sure it's not the full complete truth. So when he said "I'm going to have to say every 2-3 months for 3-4 years" about his visiting prostitutes, it could well be every month or few weeks for 5+ years. Not really a stretch.

It's like when your doctor asks how much alcohol you drink, and you say "I'm going to have to say about 2-3 a week" when you really know it's 8-9 ... bottles, LOL.

Lloyd is an abuser. We probably don't yet know the full extent and nature of all the abuse he's committed, but it appears to be something he's well-practiced doing.

Cheating on his wife every 2-3 months for 4 years with prostitutes, and holding the threat of "I'll kill myself if you do anything about it" over her? Esp. if, as I get the impression, she maybe lost a brother or other relative that way (?)

That's just clear and terrible emotional abuse, and that's the stuff he's admitted to publicly, on video, to make money.

But the clown still thinks he's the victim in all this? Unbelievable isn't it?

If you're still one of the hold-outs giving money to this clown, you need to stop. Wake up. You're not helping anyone but an abuser. At this point, I'm judging you for being an abuse supporter.

His time as a self-professed "activist" is over. He's just another parasite people need to be warned about and protected from.

The Croatian law appears to be controversial even in Croatia as it's mostly used by politicians to silence the press. There are very few convictions, most appear to be suspended, so it's a "be quiet, or else" law that the government uses when someone is exposing something they have done.

He's going to need deep, deep pockets to go ahead and even then, it will be meaningless as the laws are not applicable in other countries so carry no weight.

It's literally like the WTS finding you guilty of Apostasy, and deserving of death ... how many executions have they carried out lately?

Not only did he barely know any Croatian and was not qualified in any way to translate, it made no sense for him to be a Director and run the business side of things since most documents are from Croatian to English and a good portion of his clientele couldn’t speak to him.

I love how, in his "about me" back story, he describes how he was distanced from the congregation because of the language and didn't want to be a witness, followed immediately by:

"This elder pulled my wife to one side at the end of one meeting and interrogated her in the back room, asking questions about my behavior and quizzing her as to our business affairs. My wife and I run a small business, and he and others had come up with a theory that I was staying on as a Witness just so I could exploit Witnesses when handing out work."

Sounds exactly like what he was doing and that they saw right through him!

Very funny, a comedy sketch when sketchy people (like Lloyd) write tell-all books.

Ryan George is great, we watch the Pitch Meeting reviews all the time. The Twilight ones were just hilarious.
