As a general rule I don't think you should be leaving reviews of any company you're not a customer of. It's a shitty thing to do IMO.
Let's not do silly things, it doesn't achieve anything and ends up being counter productive.

i am wondering if a jw accused to be a murderer (or any other serious crime except csa) in a judicial committee would be reported to the police.. if i sexually abused or molested a child, i would not be reported to the police.. what about if i killed a person: would i be instead?.
it is not a matter of being right or wrong but i am only curious to know if there is at least a sort of coherence regarding the internal policies for serious crimes....
Murder is a harder crime to cover up and ignore.
"he's fine ... he's just resting"
I always wonder why people don't report crimes to the police. Is it possible that they want things "handled" in a less dramatic fashion, by someone having a "friendly word"?
obviously not the orgs brightest moment for teaching that the generation of 1914 would be alive to see paradise.
forget the "new light" that bought them an extra 100 years, which if any other religion would've done this, the org would scream false religion.
the fact is that for 75 years this #1 recruiting message from the society was a lie.. i asked a current jw to get a calculator and do the math: 2022 - 1914 = an angry reaction.
Making 1914 and the generation teaching go away will take some work
It really won't, the majority of JWs probably can't describe their core doctrinal beliefs when it comes to prophetic fulfillment and such crap. They will just restate things in a different way and slap the "new light" label on it.
"... and so brothers, while we know the society was right about 1914 marking the beginning of the last days Je-hoover has now revealed that Jesus began his journey on that date, clearing the universe in the following generations upto 1975 and arriving at earth in 2019. Little wonder that the world went to shit, with pestilence striking as Satan tries to test our faith through COVID ..."
They'll walk away thinking this is what they always believed. or something like it ... the specifics don't matter because they get the warm fuzzies just by being around all the brothers and sisters.
jws are taught that all bad reviews about them made by exjws are false and sick, so they must not read or listen to them.. so, when jws decide on joining, applying, or buying whatever product, service or organization: are they reading and listening only to good reviews about people still satisfied with that product, service, or organization because they consider false and sick all bad reviews made by people who abandoned that?
do they trust and rely on all bad reviews reported in documentaries, on internet, on tv, on magazines etc.
about people who left scientology, who left that house, who left that job position, who left that hotel, who left that restaurant, who left that medical treatment etc.?
It's not logical, they have a huge blind-spot where their normal rational reasoning abilities get suspended when it comes to the WTS.
at a certain point, as the years tick by, you start to realize that you have forgotten a lot of things.
typically, something you learned, some knowledge or skill you used to have, that you just haven't used for so long you no longer remember anything but that you once knew it.. i saw an article about electrical resistors the other day, and how the colored bands signify the rating.
now all i remember is that i used to know it, and that resistors do something with, erm, electricity ...

I saw an article about electrical resistors the other day, and how the colored bands signify the rating. I used to know that. I used to be able to look at one and say what it was. Now all I remember is that I used to know it, and that resistors do something with, erm, electricity ... (right?)
But then I can still remember things that I "knew" at a much younger age and was never really of any significant interest, like the theme tune to "Champion The Wonder-horse".
Have a think - what have you forgotten you ever even knew?

Q: Does anyone think an anti-McDonalds activist would have the golden arches decorating their home, in pride-of-place?
Hands up who thinks Greta has a poster of the BP or Shell logos in her bedroom?
So why does this clown appear to WORSHIP all things JW?! He's even framed leaflets?! What a fraud ...

i would hope that most of you would agree that a major reward for jehovah's witnesses comes from positive experiences.
and who could blame them since they have such a negative message with 99.9% rejection.
who remembers the fear you felt of being a "bad witness?
Maybe you should consider getting some counselling.
I don't think anyone here can help you with any of these things.

As far as I am aware, Dijana’s brother didn’t commit suicide, he died. My impression was that he had died in a car crash, but I actually don’t know.
I was trying to illustrate that dijana has experienced the loss of a loved one and knows that pain and is therefore vulnerable when someone threatens suicide. I apologise for any confusion
No worries, the significant part is that she lost someone close suddenly and unexpectedly. No one wants to go through that again so using it as any kind of coercive threat is low.
I am not a doctor, but I don't think Lloyd is suicidal in the slightest. I don't think he's bothered at all by how he hurts other people, if he did he wouldn't do it so frequently. I think he uses the "mental illness" card as a punchline to escape criticism and take the heat off himself.
A sociopathic narcissist doesn't seem like the type who would be wracked with guilt to ever "off" themselves. He seems as far away from having empathy for another person as I can imagine.
