Thar she blows.............Mt. St. Helens is erupting again
by Mulan ini just turned on the tv while i eat my breakfast (late one) and two minutes ago, the mountain began a new eruption.
so far it looks like an enormous cloud.
time will tell what is in there.

one of the girls wanted to impress the rest of us, so she pulled out a $10 bill.
when the male dancer came over to us, my friend licked the $10 bill and stuck it to his butt cheek!

Embarressing Moment!!!
by Sirona inwell, i had my most embarressing moment in my life so far this last friday night.. after having a talk with the boss about morale, i had arranged a bowling night for work.
i arranged for us all to have 2 games of ten pin bowling, plus food for 9.99 each.
we got a bottle of champagne and 10 behind the bar aswell .

All day..........sometimes start at 7am and go until about 5 or 6pm! Only a few breaks, have to have lunch with a bible study to keep the time going.............when you are a reg pioneer with a 36-hour a week job done in 3 days (so I could get the health benefits and $20 in free gas per week in lieu of a demo program) you have to make every minute count.

Blondie......... I had an elder whisper in my ear, "hello" .......... I was sitting in the back of the hall and he was just saying hi cuz I had snuck in late. I screamed right during the public talk.
Later, actually days later he called and apologized profusely. He had truly been a shepherd to me. He said he never should have done that knowing my past. He said part of the reason I have that "startle" effect has to do with a post traumatic syndrom.......from being abused. He said that when someone hits you or starts yelling at you for no reason, you try to learn to be "aware" all the time and when you are caught off guard you really are scared to death of what's coming at you.
How do you feel about that?

Just the other day, I was in my office with a customer and a co-worker. We were chatting away and the customer told us he was on his 3rd divorce. He said they all really *took* him for a lot of money........smart women.
He said, he is now looking for a woman where you hand her some water and she asks, "What am I supposed to do with this?"
I looked at him, puzzled and asked, "Well, what are you supposed to do with it?"
OMG..........loud ruckus laughter ensued by the men to my puzzlement.
I asked "What's so funny?" and the customer asked, "What are you doing for the rest of your life?"

Apparently he said, hand her a GLASS of water! I didn't hear that part! So the answer was "you drink it!"

I was getting out of my car last week and someone had approached my car door without me hearing and then said, "hello" Boy did I let out a big scream!
That kind of stuff happens quite often to me....... It seems I get absorbed in what I am thinking or doing and people get in my personal space without me hearing them.......when they speak and they are that close to me, I am so scared...especially since I allowed someone to get that close without hearing them!

What bothers me is that I won't be around for much of my daughter's life and her childrens' lives. I am 41 and she is 3. I believe we are non existant when we die. I am extremely sad that we die. I think about death and dying alot lately and it has me quite depressed.
