these guys go out and pay homeless people to do stupid things like fight with each other, jump into garbage bins, set their hair on fire.
there was even a spoof on the alligator guy who wrestles them (the guy from australia).
check out the link.....rofl I don't mean to laugh, but the news said they claim to be paid. I don't know if thats true or not. It certainly is not going to be one of the classics to own.
I did feel very sorry for the ones that got taken advantage of.

They pounced on an unsuspecting man who was sleeping, tied him up and then marked him on his neck with a number for id purposes..... All the while the narrator pretending to be the Australian alligator guy. "Here's his new mark for tracking purposes. Looks like a young gator, no gray hair."
The poor homeless men who this happened to and another man, both looked scared. Even tho this was so sad, it was also funny to watch. I felt so guilty....

the "preaching work" consists of jw's attempting to have householders "renunciate" their faith, thereby making "apostates" out of the householders.
They are so afraid of apostates and df'd ones because then they know the chances are much greater for them to be out of the organization.
If you can find real points that are zingers, short and sweet, then they'd be thinking.

why does the organization discouraged a higher education?
i had a friend in the kh that decided she'd go to college and she was looked down at for choosing that.
i'll admit, she wasn't what the witnesses call 'strong in the truth'.
Also, the counsel given now is that if you send the children to higher education, that they should be enrolled in a short term program where they can earn a higher income. Example: Getting a 2 year business degree or computer degree of some sort. Or enrolling in a tech school, beauty school, etc.
They also don't you to send them to a college away from home. Why not? Cuz they will miss meetings, not be under parental supervision, chance of getting drunk, chance of dating, chance of forming friends with worldlies.... And don't forget, they are warned that the worldlies are immoral and you can't trust them. You can't trust that your dorm room will be just for you and your roomie. You can't trust that your floor will be only for one sex.
Lots of reasons all leading to the same point: you can't trust your children to stay in the truth if you don't keep the leash on.
