I would love to hear how any "awake" person can be a pioneer? 70 hours a month doing something you know is not truthful? It was hard for me to be "awake" and just go to meetings let alone pioneer...

Lol read my previous post.
You also say "This will happen or that will happen" where it isn't so...yet...negotiations haven't even began...so it is a bit rich to ask me to deliver quotes on things when no-one can quote anything yet because the EU and the UK have not began negotiations.
We can both quote experts but equally the experts range from one extreme to the other...they are all opinions and not facts...yet.

? What are you talking about?
The £350 million was really £166 million and the rebates we got back we were told how to spend...
We can now spend that £166 million plus the rest as we want.
French and German companies are pleading we get free access to the single market given we buy £40 billion a year from France and £100 billion a year from Germany...we will get access to the single market and it won't cost £166 million a week...
Full border control? When we leave we most certainly will control our borders...

Will the Brexit Trigger ever be pulled?
by Slidin Fast insince david cameron has bowed out, his successor is not going to pull the article 50 trigger any time soon.
we don’t even have a successor yet.. bojo looked sheepish and chastened at having won the leave vote, i don’t think he really believed he would win.
he was at best flying a flag of convenience in heading up the brexit camp, was his heart really in it?.

Eh?...just about everyone says the public made their choice and it will be respected including David Cameron.
Article 50 will be triggered, it is democracy.
We just don't know who and when.

No! No! No! This can't be true? brexit? No!
by purrpurr init seems britain has voted to leave the eu in a move of total madness!
the markets are already in free fall and the moronic bigots who campaigned for this are celebrating the demise of our country .. i can't see how a 49-51% split can be democratic?
there is still the postal vote to come in, maybe there's hope in that?

Scottish Independent Referendum Part 2 will all be about the £ v €...but next time round there is no hiding from it.
Do you want to be part of the UK and keep the £ or separate from the UK and have the € because all new EU member states must take the € as their currency, that is non negotiable.
Also worth considering is would the EU take a separated Scotland because 2 years ago Scotland's deficit was £7.8 billion, last year it was £15 billion which is higher than Greece's!
Working on that figure, in order to even be considered for EU membership as a separate country, Scotland would have to implement austerity measures 5 times greater than current UK ones.
And who is to say the EU will continue in its current form. Netherlands are calling a referendum and are expected to vote to leave and their are noises from France that they may also hold a referendum.
Another country, cant remember who it os off the top of my head had applied to join but has recently withdrawn their application.
There's uncertainty ahead but it would be financial suicide for Scotland to be in the EU but not in the UK

List of "pagan" things JW's allow
by problemaddict 2 inwhat i'm looking for specifically is things that are "pagan" in the sense they predate christianity (or i guess judiasm to cover the ole mosaic code), that jw's allow or do.
the ones that come to mind are below.. rings - rings seem to originate in egypt.
for wedding ceremonies it became a symbol of "ownership" in rome.. pinatas - looks like possibly it originated in china as a part of the new year and a request for luck, and catholics later turned it into a beating of temptation type thing.. anything else?.
