It's the same phenomena that plagued Fox Mulder in The X-Files.
It is how we all used to not notice the herd of elephants in the Kingdom Hall.
jehovah`s witnesses pride themselves in volunteering to help build k.h.`s ,witnesses who are in the building trades such as plumbing ,electricians ,plasterers , builders , tilers ,etc, that i know of gave of their time and effort to build k.h.`s free of charge ,and in many cases donated said materials as a gift to furthering true worship.. all at no cost to the g.b.

there are a lot.
anything blood related was difficult to reasonably prove from a witness perspective.. 1914 was another one.
what can you add to the list?
Haa, all of them. Here are a few.
1. Why god would introduce to Adam and Eve a weapon and the concept a of weapons when he kicked them out of Eden. Flaming Swords.
2. Flood. I could not suspend disbelief after a while. So utterly stupid and falsifiable in a 1000 ways.
3. Balam. That a talking donkey would not be unusual to him. Instead he argues with his talking donkey.
4. That god would somehow codify slavery as ok, that jesus had nothing to say about it.
5. That a girl could get raped, but if no one heard her scream out she could be killed.
6. That a raped girl could be forced to marry her rapist.
7. Generations (haaaa)
8. The whole order of the creation account being somehow accurate. (its not)
Really everything.

FYI - if there were waters in the 'heavens" enough to have a global flood that "moved" continents" and such story book BS, well...
1. Atmospheric pressure prior to the flood would have been so HIGH it would have been crushing for any life on existing on land. (think of a bunny rabbit with the weight of say 200 feel of water sitting over its little furry head. Squish.
2. It would not create a tropical paradise from pole to pole. We would have a SUPER HEATED planet, much like venus. Or depending on amount of water in the "heavens" and Ice World. FYI genearly it gets cooler when the clouds cover the sun right? :)

if i was an author of a book i think i would be over the moon if i was guaranteed a sale of around 5 million or more books for my work.. the jehovah`s witnesses have over 8 million members plus relatives that are fringe dwellers who come to the memorial once a year ,.
so what a gold mine they have been sitting on as a publishing house .. why didn`t they keep publishing books for the faithful ,they could have even upped the price , and the faithful would have paid especially in prosperous country`s in the west.. they could have milked this venture for years to come as the faithful would have bought anything they would have published .. and their prophets (profits) would have soared ,literally and figuratively for many more years to come ..
Their lawyers are.
in my area, a lot of young people don’t want to have kids.
they get married young from 18-22 years old, and think that they know how they’re going to feel the rest of their lives about having children, (which they think will be never).
i respect people who don’t want to have kids, there are good reasons not to, but i think it’s foolish at a young age to think you will never think differently for the rest of your life.
We waited until our late 30's when my wife's bio clock was really ticking, and we wanted to experience the love of kids and family.
I am glad we did before it was to late.
I regret 2 things on that topic.
1. That I did not have more than 2 kids. I always thought a big family was so wonderful.
2. Since we waited very long for kids, we will not get to spend the normal amount of time enjoying their lives. We will not get a normal amount of time with grandkids (if they have them).
Just another part of our lives stolen forever by the Borg I now hate so much.
if this has already been posted just disregard.. 2018 annual service report one in english and one in spanish.
other news included.
zipped folder.
By the way, the figures show that if you are a Pioneer, you can expect to help someone to baptism every 10+ years of your services time.
