  This is one of those things that cause you to go insane after a while (like the "Serenity NOW!" Seinfeld episode).

  It's also one of those games you might find at a JW gathering.

  Either way you end up insane.

  PHNOM PENH: A teenager died of suffocation after a fish he had just caught jumped out of his hands, into his mouth and lodged in his throat.
  
  The bizarre death occurred after Lim Vanthan, 17, had caught the 20cm fish with his hands while swimming with his family near the Cambodian capital Phnom Penh.

  Family members said the fish became stuck in the high school student's throat because of a row of sharp barbs running down its back.

  The boy died before he could receive medical treatment at the local clinic.
