Seen smoking a cigarette

i'm tired of constantly doing that with these guys.
yesterday, my friend and i were waiting for some people and decided to smoke a cigarette to pass the time.

All I can say is who can keep track of all of this BS? If we have to think about everything that may have a possible 'non-godly' or Pagan origin on a daily basis??????? Should all of us women wear burkhas and cook and be pregnant all day? Should all the men be heavily bearded and wearing sandals? This is 2015. We've advancded beyond all of that. -

How about marijuana? If it's medicinal and prescribed? I have a fleshly sister, who's very judgemental and a total bitch who has to go to the elders for permission for almost everything. She went to the elders and told on a 'sister' who is going through chemotherapy and using marijuana to help with the nausea that she was using it. At least she talked to a reasonable man who told her if it was prescribed than she can use it, there's many people in the org that do, and it was none of my sisters business. Haha, chalk up one for a reasonable elder. -

Wow, I'm surprised so many women are that sexually repressed on this thread. I had the opposite problem. My JW husband was the one really repressed. Clearly him being raised a JW made him that way. Either that or he's too afraid to come out of the closet, which I've suspected for years. I was the one with the really high sex drive. We fought about it a lot. I even got on meds because they suppress your drive. I knew within 2 weeks that I made a big mistake marrying him. We all know there's so few single and available people in that org that chances are good you're going to end up with someone you're not compatible with. We're all so guilted into the sanctity of marriage and that J hates a divorce that so many people stay in unhappy marriages. I did for 11 years.
