Recall the Facebook post he made shortly after the whole scandal broke, and you will realize that what he was trying to do then -and continues to try to do- is to imply that the seven were accusing him of abusing a 14-year-old. He does not state this outright, but you can see how he tries to lead the reader down that path. He claims that Kim defamed him, but provides no details. Then he tries to link it to a past "campaign" by the Vast Apostate Army to convince people that he had committed CSA.
He tries to be vague enough to give himself a way out if people demand specifics, but it's not hard to figure out what he is trying to do. Even now, he wants people to believe that Kim's "betrayal" amounted to accusing him of CSA, and that the seven/twelve have done the same. He arduously avoids providing any specifics, even as he refuses to stop referring to the case (although he seems to have done so recently...).
This is where the court filings could be a real problem for him. Did he provide any details? What do those look like? Did he follow the narrative above, thus providing the seven/twelve with an opportunity to demonstrate his deception? If he didn't, the basis for the suit will be embarrassingly thin, especially after he described Kim's actions as the worst betrayal ever, and the worst thing that ever happened to him.
