Only 20. So the question is, will it accelerate now that he doesn't seem to have the drive to produce quality content anymore, or will it slow as the last of the die-hards make every effort to keep the ship from sinking? Maybe we need another pool, to see how many of his videos are about "the future of the channel" and how many are actual content that his supporters paid to see.

"Self-depreciating" is a good description of his monetization efforts over the past two years.

Current light on will die at Armageddon?
by Teddnzo inmy wife zoe and i often talk about her grandmother who has never been a jw but is an excellent christian by other opinions.
she has led such a good life always kind and tried to follow jesus example.
before the agm new light my wife often thought according to current light is that as long as she dies before armageddon she will be resurrected.

Teddnzo: So JWLITE is a win win for everyone.
Maybe. My point is that the most important viewpoint would be that of god. Say the Abrahamic god exists, a god who is interested in each of us and has standards of worship and behavior that will determine our eternal future. Do you think he would be okay with someone straddling the fence in regards to serving him, so as to try and cheese their way into heaven on a possible technicality?

enoughisenough: it would be better to never be baptized and to die considering the way we were taught.
There is a lot of reasoning like this, similar to Pascal's Wager, where the idea is that you may as well fake it in the hopes that you might get lucky. But this kind of thinking presumes that god will be okay with someone trying to cheat him. Or that the same god who wanted 'mercy, not sacrifices' will be forced to grant salvation on a technicality.
I think that god would reward sincerity above all. You can't sneak past him. That might only anger him.

No Blood Policy and some repercussions
by Listener inthank you atlantis for the emails that you send out to so many of us.
in one email that i received dated 21st october was a jw document title "information for patients requiring chemotherapy or surgery".
the organization never ceases to shock and i was disgusted with the information included in this document because it leads to their followers not getting the best medical care, not just because of their no blood policy but because of the other repercussions which they highlight in this information guide.. they begin by stating they are not giving medical advice, just information to help individuals make their own decisions.. point 7 states.

Predicting war and strife isn't terribly bold, since that is pretty much the entirety of human history once we developed agriculture and established towns and cities and, evenutally, nations.
As I said in that other topic, my prediction is that, when these predictions do not lead to divine intervention and the establishment of god's kingdom, people
will learn their lesson and stop making predictionswill wait for the next 'time of distress' and make the same predictions all over again. Because that is also part of human history. -

Toblerone5: Who could be able to post that link on all is Youtube video though ?
Oh, I didn't understand what you were asking before. It looks like, when you delete your Twitter account, the username becomes available for anyone else to take. Someone signed up with a new account and used the name. Since he gave up the account willingly --and since the new owner did not break any rules to take it-- I doubt he can get it back. The fact that he has other media sites that link to his now 'hijacked' Twitter means that he now has another Self-Own Award he can hang next to his YouTube milestone plaques.
There is a new tweet that is quite funny.

Pornography in the Marriage
by LostintheFog1999 inthe magazine that they are studying in the congregation this month has an article at the back about how pornography in a marriage could damage the relationship.. there's one piece of advice that sounds rather scary, the wt suggests that the couple should "consider asking an elder with whom you are both comfortable to sit in and guide your discussions for a time.".
how many of you would want an elder present in your home while you and your partner discussed your personal sexual cravings and the type of porn videos being watched?.

Next month's issue: "When we advised couples to invite an elder to discuss the issue, we were NOT encouraging threesomes!!!"

They aren't practicing medicine. That is quackery.
Their interpretation of a couple of Biblical passages has led to suffering and death. My mother almost died a year ago, when she had internal bleeding and the doctors at the hospital could not locate the source. Since she was unwilling to get a transfusion, she came very very close to bleeding to death. They managed to use other means to slow the blood loss and the bleeding stopped and she was able to recover. But she was probably a few hours from death. After all these years, I don't think she would accept blood even if the WTS said it was okay.
They don't need to practice medicine. The medical profession is doing just fine without their help.
