We develop Kingdom qualities and leave everything to Almighty. We do not want to prove anything before Kingdom actually comes. Everyone knows what is right and wrong, hence each one is responsible for his life.

This is extremely simple. Believe in the Kingdom, and switch over to Kingdom qualities, you will be saved wherever you are—in which organization you are matters not.
If the above is difficult to believe or confusing to you, it is better you continue as you are—enjoy your limited life to the full.

When I come in contact (in person or by whichever means) with a man of my sort, spirit in me witnesses to me that this one is of Kingdom qualities. If not, no special vibration is received. The same happens to the other person too. I cannot explain this like the neuro-scientist explains how neurons (that are separated by a tiny gap called the synaptic cleft) communicate over long distances by sending signals called nerve impulses. I know it happens, and do not know how?

No chance, because
1) We have no intention to come together at any time (which is actually the duty of Jesus which he will do in the end gathering all the worthy ones from “all nations” which includes JWs who are just one among "all the nations") Hence no question of one ruling over other, no privileges, no contribution ….
2) We are linked by the genuine thought-vibrations, only the genuine ones feel like us, only genuine ones are in this group never seeing each other. In all these years we have had not even one betrayer among us!

I support the organization in its essence (not its details in which I have my own choices). Kingdom and Kingdom qualities are not cherry picking—they are absolute truth (if practised makes your life light giving only benefits to you and those around you)
Peace is our nature, hence we do not want to disturb the peace of the organization, hence we stick to the org--supporting all its goods, and ignoring all its evils.

In recent years, these individuals are becoming more and more connected with each other in absolute confidentiality. I am one among them. We freely share our thinking and views. Interestingly, we all think alike although we were, in the past, disconnected and found far flung. We all apply Ecclesiastes 12:12 (too many writings, reading them all is wearisome to us) primarily to WT writings and even to Scriptures. We give importance only to those verses dealing with God’s Kingdom and the Kingdom qualities needed to inherit it (such as Mathew 9:13; 25:31-40)
JW system is like a caterpillar (like a worm), and those who have cultivated Kingdom qualities are like the butterfly (like a magical creature of beautiful colors that flies) and they are found in “all nations” not just among JWs. (Mathew 25:32) If anyone has the Kingdom qualities, he is already ‘on the right side’ of God, qualified to “inherit the Kingdom.” (Mathew 25:34).

this is something that still remains as an unattainable dream for the world.

My comments is not against those who suffered extreme causality (for whom I really feel sorry) because of following the folly of WT teaching of no blood (something which goes directly against or in sharp contrast of Jehovah’s use of blood for the eternal benefit of mankind which presupposes and approves the use of blood for temporary benefit in context especially such as medical use). My context was all about highlighting the most important and the only important thing which is compassion (Mathew 9:13).
I know many who took a different stand after 1975. Some left the organization. But many became disinterested (in heart) in the teachings of WT, but did not leave the organization. That includes my dad. He left me to choose my religious path, but I did not—I went first the scientific way which left me with no answers to some important questions, and in my twenties I adopted JW system. My dad himself took blood-transfusion whenever need arose, but in undisclosed hospitals. Whenever our family needed a treatment or hospitalization, he would tell the fellow elders that we were going for a tour or another country to visit our relatives. Jesus himself taught us to learn from the people of the nation who are more intelligent than the sons of kingdom.

I appreciate that, good advice. It reminds about my dad who was an Elder till his death. He advised me: “Have a larger perspective always. Righteousness changes according to time and circumstances [for example, driving with head-light on during war-time is wrong, the same thing is right during normal season]. Stand for WT’s core cause (spreading the good news about the incoming God’s Kingdom), never go for a confrontation with their silly all other teachings. Personally take seriously only what Jesus taught as of paramount importance (Mathew 9:13; 25:31-40) At the same time take care of your child. See that she is not alone with anybody. Lust can take moderate form as in the case of Clinton, murderous form as in the case of David, monstrous form as in the case of Solomon. Why go for repair work and complaining later when you can preempt it?”
