  separating your job from your ego is difficult but crucial for stress management.. letting go of your expectations can put stress into perspective, even when you are the victim of other people's expectations (which you can't control).. learning to go with the flow rather than resist what you have to do can help you be more productive and enjoy your work more.. take care of yourself and pay attention to your own needs for less stress and better job performance.. you don't have to choose between your job and your life.

  both will be more enjoyable and productive if they are balanced..

  Ballistic, I remember you from way back when. Didn't you post at Tim's for a while? Also Tim had another site and for the life of me I can't remember it now but it had a pink board... It was an offspring from his main board. I remember Sab and Mac, Mary mary, April, Windchaser, some that still post here even.

  we ways went on the menastry !.

  this was always a waist of time on xmas day, but you know what we always has a full turkey dinner after getting back from the door knocking.. i live in the uk at the moment but will soon move to alberta in canada, what did your jw family do on xmas day did you have family over etc... .

  friends are like underpants .... some crawl up your ass..some snap under pressure.. .

  some don't have the strength to hold you up...some get a little twisted... some are your favorite.. .some are cheap and just plain nasty...and some actually do cover your ass when you need them too :-)

  Why do I have this urge to go buy a purse?..

  Discreet that was funny. The whole time I was reading it I was thinking because you need to take them off and wash them once in a while..freshen them up so to speak. Especially if they start getting on your last nerve..
