  Anony Mous- Yes, your math makes more sense then Watchtower 's. I find that the people at JW HQ have either a strange understanding of math or something is a miss. When I was in I had a hard time understanding 607, 1914. And now the overlapping generation. Good luck to the JW who has to explain all that.

  actually no one does.. i know this is a concept that can be hard for some to grasp, considering all other forms of organizations like sole proprietorship, general partnership, an llc, or a for profit corporation.

  these organizations are created legally for the simple purpose of making a profit.. but unlike a for profit corporation,---- a nonprofit corporation is formed to carry out-.

  Not to stir conspiracies, but it would not surprise me that Watchtower and the Mormons are connected in some way? Just seem they follow each other and both on top on the craziness scale.

  december 11, 2020: news about the lawsuit in quebec(canada) against the watchtower for child sexual abuse coverup: the plaintiffs have won, watchtower lost its appeal.

  the 3 judges took the side of the victims.

  so the lawsuit can continue.

  i knew a few pretty intelligent elders .

  sometimes i would wonder why they remained as elders or even witnesses because they were successful men who made a good living and were highly respected because of their qualities.. that is a rather small group.

  most elders that i know of aren’t the brightest bulbs in the sky.

  i predict that in a year kingdumb halls will be replaced by zoom.

  they will still have assembly halls but will charge a heavy entry fee.

  baptisms will continue to be so low that would not be worth counting.

  I predict that in a year Kingdumb halls will be replaced by zoom. They will still have assembly halls but will charge a heavy entry fee. Baptisms will continue to be so low that would not be worth counting. The preaching work will slow more and continue to be a joke. The GB will demand more donations and time to the Org. They will loose worldwide their charity status. The Org will become even more ridiculous. Membership will drop less to million or even less.
