I had one nosey elder's wife who I told her to just say the word that I no longer have to came to the meetings and I will go do something else with my time. I was a little late to meetings and this sister had to counsel me on it.

Pioneers, Elder's Wives most self righteous. Etc.
by Overrated inas a jw did you have a pioneer sister/elder's wife who was the biggest busybody, self righteous, arrogant pus in the circuit?
who would look down on others and treat people like crap.. without giving to much away, i experienced one that knew everyone in circuit.
and if she or her husband saw or heard something they didn't like it was " you know what the bible says" regardless if it was in there or not.

I had an elder's wife spying on me when I was in school. I guess Gee-hober don't like people smoking a little weed.. my question(s) when they where my age did they smoke some weed? And what harm did it caused? God created weed to be smoked and enjoyed did he not? The bible writers where on some sort of stuff when they wrote the bible, don't you think?

Overrated
I was looked down upon by a pioneer / elder's wife who was a friend of the family for pursuing a career instead of pioneering. I did pioneer for a short time but found the whole experience to be a waste of time. I started to question as to why we have to work for our salvation when Jesus Death was a gift to all mankind? As you can see where that all went. -

I had to deal with seems alot of elders wifes/ pioneers that their place in the cong went to their heads and made them very ugly to deal with. Some where down to earth, but those where few.
