Go Bag and Catastrophes

i live with my parents in law and yesterday, my mother in-law was very nervous about an email she got from the brothers in her congregation.

it was asking if she would be able to receive people over at our house should there be a catastrophe.

so, she asked me if i would agree with this.

Was not Watchtower had A side company selling go bags? Would not surprise me.

you have those moments where you sit and think, how is it possible...... governments (local, regional or federal level) and political leaders in general are receiving their right to govern or lead from the people (with exception of some countries like north korea and china).

if the people are not satisfied anymore (due to corruption, lies, baseless promises etc), they will act to initiate change.

this can lead, in more extreme situations, to a revolution.

In the USA it's called voting. If that gets to bad. We as the people have the right to fight for our freedoms under the Constitution.

i had a legal divorce from my ex wife( law of the land).

i was told not to expect to get remarried because my divorce was not legal to watchtower.. my divorce and situation seem to be a talk of gossip and even a many local needs talks.

i wanted to take some more schooling to get a better job, there was a local needs talk on higher education and it's dangers.

Overrated

Higher Education and having a good career to support yourself(family included) was frowned on and discouraged. Teaching that where not in the bible but made up for an agenda. Ever changing teaching, Don't do what we do but do what we say. There was I time where Watchtower Discouraged education, then later on, wanted skilled people for their projects. WTF? I tell everyone, Watchtower will use you for all you got and chew you up and spit you out.

TD- I noticed that too. No one and I mean no one has any scholarly Education or credentials in Watchtower land. It's all put together by other people's work and made to sound intelligent but when you actually think about and research the stuff they printed it leaves your questioning.

The Governing Body like todays Democraps

the governing body is a lot like today's dems.

they want to keep the rank and file in a permanent dependent state.

keep them stupid and dependent and they can rule them forever.

Overrated

I advised by an elder to test the truth. The more I studied, the more questions started to arise, the elders didn't want to answer my questions. Their response was their usual "Wait on Gee-hober " or "Your getting close to Apostasy " with the Org it was always hidden knowledge and one sided. Alot of things I found on the org/Bible lead me out of the Org.
