GB teaching - Gays and Lesbians will be resurrected as Gays and Lesbians
by Listener inthe final talk of the saturday afternoon online convention is given by lett, sporting a creepy looking combover, which for some reason, looks creepier than normal.
he talks about how those resurrected will need to come into line with a new moral code otherwise they will be destroyed.
he uses an example of gay people having to turn away from their inclinations even though they may feel that they are perfectly acceptable.. this demonstrates that the gb feel that being gay is a taught behaviour rather than an imperfect unnatural desire, otherwise they would be growing out of that desire as they develop towards perfection, as they teach.

JW.org Focus on the Past - Have Always Wondered?
by JWTom injust curious of others thoughts.....while watching the latest round of convention videos with my pimi wife it was highlighted again in the content how much the wt org.
has always focused on the past (in my opinion).
many of the historical events that are highlighted as significant are from 100+ years ago in some cases.

WT likes their hay days, growth and money coming in with fresh (victims) people to use. Now this seems on a decline. It will never be what it was people know because of the internet.

by TD insometimes i forget how small-minded, petty, provincial, mean-spirited ignorant and judgemental it was and still is.... then i sit down with a jw relative, hoping to have a normal conversation and realize there is literally nothing to talk about.. nothing..... current events?

When my JW brother starts in with the doom and gloom bullshit I ask is there any good things going on in your life? I focus on the good things. We will get thru this covid stuff and all the other bullshit. Stay positive. Act with mindfulness.

Since I have been away from such toxic people as JW's. I see more joy and happenings in my life. I say let them soak in their misery. Is Jeehober really going to make it better!?! Waiting for something that will never come.

all of them made more than i ever did but were self employed.
they fudged the amount t they reported on taxes and thought they would never get old.

I worked for an elder who was a tight ass cheapskate but the fellow elder son he had always got a raise and bonus. No matter how hard I worked I got shifted on. Even discouraged from taking classes. Made a killing at retirement from serving Jeehober.

Pioneering for real

i didn't say where.. i chose a small store front kingdom hall in kane pa, one of the coldest places in nw pennsylvania.
they were impressed with their frosty weather.
