A free thinker or one raised without religious indoctrination should be more in touch with himself,, such a person from my estimation should generally be freer to show more empathy than one raised with a us and them, or black and white indoctrinated world view.

It us and them all the way in the Bible with Jehovah the jealous god killing people on a whim. Is it any wonder why those that approve of all the killings in the bible by Jehovah, his angels, and his heroic worshippers that they would likewise have less empathy?

it says a federal magistrate in san francisco has now ruled that darksilver can remain anonymous but then it says except for identification to lawyers for the religion’s watchtower publication.

Chilling free speech by disfellowshipping dissenters and forcing other members to have no more communication thru shunning is a first amendment violation. If WT enforces shunning DS they will be in very hot water and may spell the end for the WT corporation in house "judicial system" that violates the first amendment. Wasn't XGB Ray Franz DF'd just for eating a meal with his employer. I think this can be used to show malice and forced compliance of all members in this 1st amendment violation and the arbitrary changing of rules to inflict this violation.
Could we see a class action lawsuit over this violation in the future? I hope so.

I think I have a case but I'm too lazy to do the work. But the whole process of meeting alone with no body for support and denied any recording device. This type of treatment of people got to be against some laws, that is why I think recording the meeting even though forbidden can be used in a court of law because the activity of these meeting may be illegal. Even the name: Judicial Committee certainly that ought to be some grounds for some type of civil treatment of fair treatment, and put limits on what a legal corporation can do. For a in house pious judgement of members of a corporation where they are put through a very unfair ordeal to quarantine them from informing other effected members who have a right to know they are being scammed to serve corporate interest. I think whistle blower laws may apply.
I think the fact that you are out number at a secret meeting will be a reason to use such a secret recording in court I think it would provide some very compelling evidence in a lawsuit.
