i used to watch his videos on the monthly gb talks.

he has went over the top a few times doing one video on why being liberal idiot is a good thing.

he has made comments on the usa not knowing shit about what he was desperately trying to talk about.

Cedars channel has a lot of good stuff, but lately he is stepping into a lane that he is ill informed on - as much as I could offer an opinion on British policies and government, I don't live their and my information would only be secondhand at best. So i stay in my lane. While we are entitled to our opinion, let's leave the commentary on these 'Channels' to those who are living in the mess, being abused by the police, being victimized by the riots, and being able to protest. You can rightly have much of a valid opinion tucked away in some Croatian basement. I see why Simon doesn't care for him much, he comes off a bit smug...

JW Magazine Printing Numbers

currently there are 3 types -.

awake 3 issues a year / 93,354,000 printed per issue.

watchtower 3 issues a year/ 93,281,000 printed per issue.

Study edition is 12 issues a year / no printing numbers are shown (Is this to hide the real number of JW's?

You can lie about numbers but they won't do that at the cost of wasting literature.

In 2005 there were 4 full 32 page editions of Watchtower and Awake - To bad the printing numbers are not shown..

In 2005 the last year there the bug 4 editions - 38.5 Million on average printed per issue.

Let's just say they have cut back 'slightly'

I know this has been broken down before but I could'n't find it.

if anyone voices an opinion with which i disagree or even detest, i can either debate it or walk away.. the last thing i want is for someone to be silenced by threats.

however, it appears that some opinions on social media etc.

which contradict the official narrative are being muted.

I'm just glad the prediction models were all way off... deaths while horrible are much less than predicted...Maybe the media over reacted to scare us into staying home to flatten the curve. If we all went about like normal, i'm sure there would be more deaths. I just hate the economy has been ruined. It will hopefully bounce back...

Donating Blood a Disfellowshipping Offense?

when i served as an elder i never heard of this scenario presenting itself - giving blood.. has anyone heard of a judicial case where a person donated and was disfellowshipped?

are there any references to this in the jw publications, manuals, handbooks?.

GB Letter To Elders In Response To Oxygen Series

this letter was put out right when the series aired.

seems they have "disfellowshipped" reporters pretty much in the eyes of their followers.

public information desk: as of july 1, 2019, a public information desk (pid) was established to handle communication with news media, academic institutions, and government agencies.
