Thanks for reminding me of this song. I think Long Road out of Eden is their best album, and this song takes on so much more meaning now that he is gone.

i just spoke to my dad who's been an elder since ~'72 and still is.
he told me about a meeting he just had about kh annual maintenance.
whoever led the meeting (not sure who) announced the world leaders in re locations owned:.
many of us knew or knew of weldon howze.
weldon was a good friend for more than 40 years, even after my fade from the dubs.
this came to my in box today.. to all of weldons friends and family,.
I never knew Weldon, but my dad was on his email list. I sent Weldon and email telling him of my father's passing and then I was on his list. It's interesting to read all the comments above from those that knew him. Thanks for posting the link.

i war reading an interesting research article about charles taze russell and all of his financial dealings.
this caught my eye:.
charles taze russell and the watchtower society were in deep business distress after the "busted" october 1914 prophecy failure, and particularly after the "busted" october 1915 prophecy failure.
Interesting information about what was happening in 1915. Goes along with what MacMillan stated in this letter he wrote to my grandfather in that same year.
