so this is just as appropriate when you get a call from a friend you haven 't heard form in along time..... and you were thinking about them......as it is when you are going through a difficult patch of your life........what is the lesson in it?...take a step back.....
A story from CM:

A fellow was a partner with two other men in a business. He was married . One day his partners told him they were dissolving the business and he could choose the stock they had in some worthless company or 35 K. Later that day he went home to tell his wife. Before he could tell her what had happened, she said to him "I WANT A DIVORCE".

ONLY GOD COULD MESS UP YOUR LIFE THIS MUCH IN ONE DAY

He went out side and said “ GOD ... what are you trying to tell me.”......He went to sleep had a dream about a snowy night , with a driving journey through the mountains,...... the roads were terrible , he almost lost control of the vehicle SEVERAL times, but he managed to get through the mountains and then on the other side was a valley with the sun out and a cabin in the wilderness.
When he went inside the cabin, there was a meal waiting for him and a woman with a smile.

From that dream he surmised his resolve , he took the stock in the worthless cat food company , as the CAR he drove in the dream was a JAGUAR, he divorced his wife and met a life partner who complimented him. The Stock from the cat food company went nuts and he is a millionaire today.

True story.

Coincidences........ look at them......

i would sincerely like to know what is so wrong with jehovah's witnesses.

i invite anyone to post here.

please use facts not personal opinions.. i am not interested in dates, the blood issue, nor the disfellowshipping issue since i am conviced that these do not prove that they are wrong.. i am weighing in to see if you as an opposer of jehovah's witnesses have the facts or not.

Seems like a CHANGE OF ORIGINAL PURPOSE

I am beginning to get an idea you might write for the watchtower . I say this to support Billgoats position and to show you your own

AlanF: Your opinions on the book "Creation" is just that, you opinions. I compare your views to those of "Siskel and Ebert" or whatever it's called now. They review movies and some of the movies they choose to hate are the movies that I love. Oh, they will give their reasons and some might sound logical, <This is the good part>

but when <I> watch the movie I don't see what they see. Maybe they try to see the acting or whatever, and I see it in a simpler way. The point is they have their opinions and I have mine.

The same with this book. You have your opinions, but the brother you spoke to from Bethel is right. The point of the book is that Evolution is just a theory and that the universe, earth, our bodies prove that we have a creator

why would you invite no opinion yet share your own?

On another thread I posted a response to you specifically which was void from opinion as it was a court transcript form the Olin Moyle trial indicating unity is more important than truth. The testifiers were Fred Franz Covington and Knoor.

THis my friend would be considered fact. It was transcribed in a court of law. Is there any item in it you dispute . please elaborate on it.

Other wise Please spend more time researching for your self why the JWS don't have what they try to sell. And when your done share it with us.

there are a lot of wonderful responses here, and regardless of your age , except you are both legal, its about intention.

Dont fool your self or her or her do the same, as " hey lets just see what happens."

If you can make a decision that goes against what you see as norm , be ready to have the integritiy to stand up for this belief.I would not say this but it seems the basis for your question. if your intention is a financial one, and you two are friends then what could be the problem.

if its a back door attempt for romance, remember the blade cuts both ways....... she will always be there...even if things turn sour...... if she has or you have other agendas...one of you could get hurt.

all in all no one has the right to judge you, its your life. so I guess thats what this lesson is,today, for you
