Circuit Accounts Servants Confesses how the SCAM WORKS!!
by JT inyes, i too have wondered how an assembly that is held in a fully paid for assembly hall, with no food service, could possibly have $10,000 in expenses.
i suppose the bethel speakers have transportation expenses - maybe $1000 or so.
as for rent on the assembly hall, well you have already paid for it once, why pay again?

New letter about Circuit Conventions accounting procedures
by Hecce ini hope that one of the friends will post the letter soon.
i heard that on 3/27/2017 a letter with new instructions about the accounts at the circuit conventions was released.
the letter seems to adopt many of the corrections that had been suggested here at the forum, among other things during the accounts report they will be no mention of the per capita and the amount due is going to be released only to the elders.

"The Branch has assessed us $10.50 per pub, so that there would be an Equalizing of funds for all Publishers in the U.S.Branch Territory ".This is interesting, I seem to remember that in the good old days the Assembly Hall will send a report of the annual expenses to the congregations. That information was posted in the information board and the Convention expenses were based on what was needed according to the report. It seems that now an arbitrary amount is being charged, using the high end of the scale as determination.
Our elders should have been sent this letter from the US branch. They did announce before the last assembly that the expected donation was $14 per publisher.
I don’t know if it was correct or not but just like STA I do remember the per capita mentioned during the accounts report.

One of the items that caught my attention is the information printed in bold: that the per capita cost for the Assembly Hall should not be announced to the Congregations.

Russia and the letter writing
by Listener inthis is the whole of the instructions that the watchtower gave jws when writing to russian officials -.

In the meantime this is another source of distraction for the flock, right now they are all busy with the letter writing campaign.

This person is in a precarious situation and maybe unable to express his true feelings, the local Congregation is his life support.

Maybe the Russian Government remembers the mass demonstrations in France over the issue of taxation.
