A fun ridiculous JW story

so i work with a jw.

around christmastime, everyone was leaving little presents for everyone else.

at least, they were doing that for the people they liked and ignoring the quiet ones; all offices are just like high school!

My husband took a christmas gift from a co-worker this year. I asked him how that pagan candy cane tasted. Some dubs dont mind is because they NEVER get any gifts, so it makes them feel special also. My husband also accepted x-mas gifts...So not all dubs are like that. My husband is spiritually weak though. He is not at all hard core, but he stands by his indoctrined beliefs. He is a hypocrite.. some are some arent.

Anyways, what a crazy Johovo. Im sure he will have the reputation of crazy bitch

by this point in my life, i have no real belief in spooks or evil spirits.. how i lost all these things that the jw inspire is a long story.. sooo no fear.

i know exactly what happened... he thinks i'm going to die at the big a and wants to be with someone he can live forever with.... we have two girls, ages 3 and 1... i really thought we'd make it despite the religion, now i really don't think so... not sure what to do... .

So, what I would do is let this one play out, he is gonna get himself into trouble and he is going to make an asshole out of himself. Dont even confront him. let him think that he is sly, but keep a close watch on his ass. if you gotta follow him, do it. Take pics. get a program that lets you moniter his actions on the comp or cell. Go all private detective. Two can play that game. Dont get even..get everything. Also being impulsive is the worst thing anyone can do. Plan EVERYTHING!

gas station witnessing?

i was getting gas today and up pulled a car that looked familiar.

these witnesses are my parents neighbors and they tried to turn me in for smoking pot, unfortunately for them, they told the elders it was the wrong person.

there is a girl that floats to diff halls, she looks like me.

There is a girl that floats to diff halls, she looks like me. She was telling me how she got called into an elders meeting because she was accused of doing pot, I didnt tell her the neighbors probably got us confused. So anyhow, Im pumping gas and I see the neighbor lady in the car with a bunch of young people and they all were just staring at the pumps. First they were looking at me, probably to place mags. Then they continued to just sit there staring at people. I know people do witness at gas stations and truck stops, but wouldnt you say its a little creepy. Wont a business run them off the property?

great post. I think alot of us have gone through this conversation with our own loved ones. They cant see ttatt. Maybe he needs to hit rock bottom. Did he talk to someone about your conversation. JW's dont think for themselves, so he probably went to an elder or a fam member and they "reasoned" with him and they put words into his mouth

many accounts in the bible had people becoming a christian immediately, overnight, or in a very brief time.

with becoming a jehovah witness it was always like a cult indoctrination rather than a bible account conversion.. here are the steps as i remember them.

1. my husband's time is finite, it's wasted on spouses arguing over money, sex or family mattters with stupid home visits.. .

i hate people's constant open hand for money, it's the weak individuals asking others to pull their weight.

my family worked extra hours instead of begging the strong members for district assembly money, cat food for seven cats or tiny little rag-a-muffins weiner dogs.. .
