  what is your opinion of prince nowadays?.

  I think Prince is still a JW, in 2014 Anthony Anderson said "[Prince] cornered me at the elevator in his house one day, trying to convert me to be a Jehovah’s Witness" and I can't find it anymore but I recall someone else (Chris Rock I think) that said he still actively preaches to everyone he meets.

  Also, since the monthly JW Broadcasting programme always has a music video in it,can you imagine Tony Morris saying, "And now we have a special music video - starring our dear Brother Prince!" ? Their viewership would go through the roof

  lol this organization, imagine if a big company laid off much of its work force and told all the workers "it's not money problems, no no no far from it! but we gotta do something about our money". everyone being let go should be making a fuss about this, how the org keeps saying these layoffs have nothing to do with money is incredibly condescending and, frankly, offensive. they're blatantly lying to everyone's faces and nobody seems to care.
  

  the other letter was just another money-begging letter and a "give us all your money" video will be shown during a service meeting part in november.

  i just had my CO visit and heard the same talk. He'd test us by saying something and asking if it was an inspired error. all i remember was the last one had something to do with pornography.

  50 out of about 400 to 450 at Georgetown (Canada) are being let go, and it sounds like all special pioneers are being reassigned as regular pioneers. Laundry services are to be shut down and catering reduced or ended, which we already knew about.

  The updated Organized to Do Our Will book is now up. I just skimmed through it very quickly and I think they are more lenient on reporting time now (p. 76):

  meeting for field service, running errands, and so forth. Each publisher must follow his Bible-trained conscience
  when prayerfully determining what constitutes a witnessing period. Some publishers preach in densely populated areas, whereas others work territories where there are few inhabitants and considerable travel is required. Territories differ; publishers differ in the way they view their ministry. The Governing Body does not impose its conscience on the worldwide congregation as to how time spent in field service is to be counted, nor has anyone else been appointed to make a judgment in this matter.—Matt. 6:1; 7:1; 1 Tim. 1:5.

  All these changes in the last five years are mindblowing

  i can't begin to count all the changes that have happened in the last five years.. i just read they're getting rid of the theocratic ministry school from cedar's blog.. i remember when they released the new theo school book back in 2001. how times have changed.. it's almost scary in a way what's happening.

  there's barely any time to adapt to one change before another change comes along.. there's been more changes in the last five years than the previous 100 years.. i feel like there's some grand puppet master pulling his string.. what if the governing body are not really in charge but just give the impression they're in charge.

  could there be someone else behind the scenes?.

  I've said this before but I'll say it again - once our buddy Theodore Jaracz died in 2010 (and Barr to a lesser extent), the org did a full 180 degree turn in how it was heading. Jaracz must have ruled with an iron fist until his death, he must be turning in his grave with all the changes after his death.

  i just read an email from a friend, and she shared some very interesting emails from her friends about information on changes now happening at the bethels around the world.

  the argentina guy's comments make no sense. closing the dining room makes no sense, unless they mean no more invites to lunch or whatever due to it just being a buffet style? I know at Canada bethel that's how supper always was, just a buffet, whereas breakfast and lunch had waiters and you were served. also watching the morning worship from your room makes no sense, what does it save if they don't meet in the dining room?

  these changes are crap, if i was mentally in still i bet i would be upset. old timers won't like all these changes i bet.

  also very surprising the od book will be available online now, never thought that would happen but there ya go.

  just wish the sunday talk and watchtower study was reduced to like an hour at most altogether, can't stand listening to a guys bullshit for 30 mins and more bullshit for another hour after that.
