  hello bill, i have been thinking about one great method to make public awareness of child molestation and rape in the organization to explode like an 80 megaton hydrogen bomb!.

  hollywood studios have an obsession with crime movies that chronicle the lives of the abused, and those like you, bill, who make a major difference in protecting them.. there are two kinds of movie themes, the documentary and "docu-drama.

  Are you really ready for big moral issues?

  while reading the abortion thread on this site today, i was reminded of a college class i took on dealing with ethical and moral issues.

  i learned something interesting in this class and it was that just because we have strong beliefs about something, it doesn't give us any rights to impose our beliefs on others.. this is of course the "christian" way...to demand that their beliefs should be the standard by which we all live our lives.

  this intolerance, or in milder cases disgust for nonconformers, is in itself one of the huge moral issues we face.. essentially, regardless of things being right or wrong, our world defines societal norms by community standards.

  The JW life raft. Been ther done that.

  The entire elder body (5), appeal committe (3) my husband and myself (2). That makes 10. The decission was easy. They threw us out to drown in the deep dark waters of satan and his demons.

  The sad results for them.......................WE SURVIVED.

  Again I must apologize. I guess it must be a phycological thing, they tried to make me feel so very small for so very long that big lettering is what I've resorted to!(GIGGLE, GIGGLE, LAUGH, LAUGH, SNORT, SNORT). Thank's for the correction, now I can work toward healing.

  Dealing with Shunners

  it was kind of fun yesterday when i was in line at the local coffee house.

  a "sister" came up and stood in line right next to me.

  now, my ex is df'd and i am probably "bad association", but technically they should not shun me because i never got dunked.

  I DO AS THE SOIETY ALWAYS SUGGEST 'ALWAYS USE THE 'YES' FACE'. IT HAS ALWAYS COME NATURALLY WITH ME. HOWEVER, IT HAS ALWAYS WORKED FOR ME WHEN AT THE DOOR OR WHENEVER I WAS WITNESSING. APROX. 8 MONTHS AFTER MY DFING I SAW ONE OF THE ELDERS WHO DFD ME IN THE LOCAL LIQUOIR STORE. I WAS ONLY 2 OR 3 FEET FROM HIM, LOOKED AT HIM WITH MY GREAT BIG PEARLY WHITES AND JUST SHOOK MY HEAD. HE LOOKED AT ME AS IF HE SAW A SEMI GETTING READY TO RUN HIM DOWN. I COULDN'T CONTROL MYSELF, I STARTED LAUGHING AND COULDN'T STOP. MY HUSBAND SAW HIM FIRST, BUT WAS IN ANOTHER ROW AND WAS SO CONCERNED FOR ME BECAUSE HE DID NOT KNOW HOW THIS MAN WOULD TREAT ME. MY HUSBAND SAW THE LITTLE MAN'S FACE AS HE WAS LEAVING WHERE I WAS. THE LITTLE MAN'S FACE WAS COMLPTETELY WHITE (SO WHITE HE LOOKED LIKE HE NEEDED A BLOOD TRANSFUSION) AND HE HAD THAT LOOK LIKE I JUST CRAPED IN MY PANTS. IT'S THERAPY LIKE THIS THAT REALLY WORKS.

  THE NEXT DAY MY HUSBAND AND MY DAUGHTER (13)WERE IN THE MALL AND GUESS WHO WAS THERE? YOU GOT IT. IT WAS THIS SAME LITTLE ELDER. THEY SAW EACH OTHER ABOUT THE SAME TIME. THE LITTLE ELDER DID AN ABOUT FACE AND HE DID THE ELVIS THING..........HE LEFT THE BUILDING.

  FUNNY...IT'S NOT THAT HE WAS SHUNNING US...HE JUST COULDN'T HANDLE IT.
  MY MOTTO IS THIS...YOU CAN SHUN ME, BUT I WON'T SHUN YOU. HE EVEN MADE A COMMENT TO SOMEONE ABOUT SEEING US TWICE IN 2 DAYS AFTER 8 MONTHS.   OH BY THE WAY. IT TOOK THE ENTIRE elderbody (5 LITTLE MEN) 6 MONTHS TO DF ME. I APPEALED (3 MORE LITTLE MEN). SOME ON THIS COMMITTEE WERE CLOSE FRIENDS TO THESE elders. APPEALED TO THE SOCIETY (WHO KNOWS HOW MANY LITTLE MEN) AND THEY WENT ALONG WITH THE DFING. THEY NEVER CALLED ME, OR CALLED MY WITNESSES. THEY JUST DID IT. WHO KNOWS WHAT IS WRITTEN ABOUT ME. I CAN ONLY IMAGINE.

  DOES ANYONE ELSE HAVE EXPERIENCES LIKE THIS. CHILD MOLESTATION & RAPE STILL ARE FAR WORSE THAN ANYTHING THAT HAPPENED TO US.

  THE END RESULT OF WHAT HAPPENED TO MY FAMILY IS THIS: WE ARE OUT AND ALIVE! NOT ONLY DOES THE 'TRUTH' SET YOU FREE, BUT THEIR ENDLESS LIES DO TOO.

  I'm glad to know that you received loving support in the situation that occurred to you. You are very fortunate, but can you put yourself in the place of the numerous victims who were vilified because they were the VICTIMS.

  Keep your mouth shut or you will be DISFELLOWSHIPPED! They will do anything to keep the cong. clean. That means to exonerate the vilian(s
  and to vilify the victim. This is just not done to molestation or rape victims, but when other crimes are done within the cong.

  We had a brother that worked for us, who embezzled from us also, conspired with other to take over our largest account, horrindous lies were spread around the area not only to the jws but to the company that we worked for. The story is tooooo long to go into. The lies were considered the truth, they refused to even look @ our evidence. They (the elders were looking to get a peice of the action) told me if I turned the checks into the police and had him arrested, that I be DIFELLOWSHIPPED. My husband told me to drop it. He had gone into severe depression (He was the PO @ the time & removed). I still was putting my faith in Jehovah, but not the stupid elders. The new PO got our emergency key to our po box, without our permission and would not get out. I was told to get out and I told him to get out. His stupid reply was, "the cong. mail is coming here and you don't need to have access to it, I'm the PO now and you have to get out. I was furious and told him this was our personal/business po box and he needed to get his own or just have the mail redirected to him. Simple, just fill out the forms that is reqired by the society and it happens, that simple. NOT SO, but the elder body has agreed that we need keep this po box. DUH! I had to exlpain over & over whose po box it was. I even told him to go ask the acc't for the KH if he had a receipt for the po box (I had all of my receipts). That would be the end of this and the few brain cells that this new PO had would have to kick in. I told him to return the key back to the bro. he got it from, since he still would
  have it in case something happened to us. I thoght it was settled, he thought it was settled, too. Because he said that it was a body decission I would autmatically comply. I thought he would had returned the key. Three months later I found out he was still going thru my mail! He would get the mail earlier than me. When I found out I lost it and told Him if he did not return the key & get out I would turn Him over to the police/FBI, etc. GUESS WHAT! You do and you will be DFD. He then did his sweet, oh my sister & brother I simlpy misunderstood. He'd never been a PO before and he had so many new responsibilities that he hoped we'd forgive him. I thus got the reputation for being angry, lack of self-control and not willing to listen to council. They told the family involved with embezzlement/ breaking contract to leave the state. Due to their pride they just couldn't leave without adding more lies. They HAD to leave because their lives were in danger because my husband was carrying guns. Not only did they say it, but the elders were the ones they were helpng with this gossip (to cover their buts). Later, when I was DFD the elder got confidentual records & used it to DF me. They bragged about it as I was leaving the room. I told them that if they had it they got it illegally. They just smiled. The now, newer PO lied to the police and they were furious at me. I had drug Jehovah's name thru the mud. I wished I had gone to the police in the beginning, but I had faith that Jehovah would be the revealer of secrets and answer my prayers. WELL FOLKS HE DID! They DFD me and Jehovah revealed to me thru them that they are a bunch of lying, theiving, backstabbing, wanton, TRUTHLESS, etc....bunch of spineles,spiritualess men. The problem was I really loved and like them. There'e more but I don't want to overwhelm everyone.

  Just remember this folks! OUT OF ALL THINGS BAD, SOMETHING GOOD MUST HAPPEN. I don't like what they did to our family, but the end result is that my husband, myself, my 19 year old son and my 14 year old daughter are out! My husband & children have lost their JW family and that's sad. But, I'm the baby of 9 children & none are JWs and they all want me (US) back. No conditions, no rules, no I told you so. My children now have the chance to meet all their aunts, uncles, cousins, etc. They have problems too, but they don't hide it. the family sticks together and tries to help. That's what it's all about. The saddest part is that I walked away from all that real love to be a JW. Have I repented? YOU BET! Every day I thank God in prayer for being the revealer of secrets and allowing me to have the strenght to endure the persecution these elders put me thru to learn the "REAL TRUTH".

  It' been a mighty rough ride, but we held on for dear life.

  This board has, also, helped me to hold on. Thanks whole bunches.

  WHY DO YOU CARE? BECAUSE IT'S JUST NATURAL TO BE CONCERNED ABOUT WHAT OTHERS SAY ABOUT YOU. AT THE TIME THESE THINGS REALLY HURT AND BEING DFD IT HURT ME TO KNOW THAT I COULDN'T DEFEND MYSELF. HOWEVER, NOW I FIND THAT THEIR VICIOUS LIES ARE BASICALLY SORT OF A JW RESTRAINING ORDER IN REVERSE. THE BIGGER THE LIE THE MORE LIKELY THEY WILL AND DO STAY AWAY FROM ME AND MY FAMILY. THE PEOPLE WHO TRULY KNOW US KNOW THAT IT IS LIE AND THEREFORE THEY DOUBT. THIS DOUBT WILL LEAD THEM EVENTUALLY TO THE REAL TRUTH AND IT IS MY HOPE TO HAVE THOSE THAT I TRULY LOVE AND RESPECT BACK IN MY LIFE.

  OH, ALSO, MY HUSBAND SENT A LETTER TO THE elders THAT THEY WERE NOT TO CALL HIM AND TO ONLY RESPOND IN WRITING TO HIM OR TO HIS LAWYER, THAT VERY NIGHT THEY CALLED AND ASKED HIM TO MEET WITH THEM THE FOLLOWING NIGHT CONCERNING APOSTACY. HE ASKED THEM IF THEY READ HIS LETTER. THEY SAID THEY DID. HE TOLD HIM NO. THEY CALLED HIM LATER TO TELL HIM THAT THEY HAD DFD HIM FOR APOSTACY AND THAT HE HAD THE RIGHT TO APPEAL THEIR DECSION IF HE SO WANTED TO. WHAT A JOKE THEY ARE.

IT IS KNOWN AS TRUE JW FACT THROUGHOUT THE WASATCH FRONT (MOUNTAIN RANGE IN SALT LAKE CITY AREA)THAT MY HUSBAND STARTED HIS OWN CHURCH AND THAT HUNDREDS HAVE BEEN LED AWAY FROM THE'TRUTH'BY HIS SELF-SERVING APOSTATE WAYS. TO THIS DAY WE DO NOT KNOW WHAT THE NAME OF THIS PHANTOM CHURCH IS OR WHERE IT IS LOCATED. IT IS ALSO A KNOWN JW FACT THAT HE IS DANGEROUS BECAUSE HE CARRIES GUNS (YES, HE DOES DURING HUNTING SEASON AND SO DO I). THEY ARE AFRAID OF HIM/ME. IT BACKFIRED...OH, YES, BECAUSE THE MAJORITY OF THESE JWS WOULD NEVER HAVE GONE A LOOK'N. THEY FOUND SO MUCH INFO THAT THEY WOULD HAVE NEVER KNOWN AND CAUSED THEM A GREAT DEAL OF CONCERN. THEY FOUND EVERYTHING BUT HIS PHANTOM APOSTATE WEB PAGE. A LOT OF THEM WERE ELDERS WIVES (SO YOU KNOW THEY GOSSIPPED ABOUT WHAT THEY FOUND). TWO WRONGS WERE COMMITTED HERE (1)READING APOSTATE INFO IN THE INTERNET, (2) GOSSIPPING ABOUT IT. SOMEHOW ALL OF THIS GAVE ME SOME SINCE OF VINDICATION AS WELL AS A WHOLE LOT OF LAUGHS. SUEING THEM MAY BE A PROBLEM THOUGH, BECAUSE YOU HAVE TO PROVE IT AND ALL THEY WILL DO IS...YOU GOT IT...LIE, LIE, LIE. NOW, IF YOU CAN GET IT IN WRITING, WELL THAT'S ANOTHER STORY.
